They need to improve on the cleanliness of the floors in the rooms and the outside areas need an update, mowing, painting, fresh look etc.

Close proximity to the state park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the washer and dryer and it worked well. Stayed in the upper level and had a non-smoking room with a king bed. The couch was dated and the sheets were not washed thoroughly.

The pool and hot tub were great as was the staff who provided us washcloth’s when there were none in the room. It was quiet and we slept well.

I cannot give a 5 star. Because the room was so hot when we arrived. Late in the evening that we have to wait till 2 AM to actually fall asleep. Because it was so very warm. And then the air conditioner was super loud yet.

in the room we discovered our socks turned black. I took a damp towel and ran it over the floor and it turn black by wiping it over about 10 feet of floor. this was the dirtiest hotel floor I've ever encountered.

The size of the room was great for the price. The pool was great. The staff were very friendly. There were quite a few questionable individuals in the parking lot hanging around. The floor was dirty in the hotel room. There was beer left in the mini fridge. The lobby smelled like old cat litter which made eating breakfast a very unpleasant experience.

Everything was very clean the breakfast was great and parking although it is for a fee of $35 a night it is pretty good and secure with a gate that works with room card.
