The room was ok, only issue is the shower drain had gunk and hair coming out from prior tenants. Bathroom floor is very slippery if wet. Other than that, bed was super comfy and room was not too big or small. Grateful it had a refrigerator and microwave.

Place was nice looking from outside, But the inside of rooms we're outdated 1970s beds were ugly sofa inside the rumors ugly TVs didn't work electricity plugs didn't work come out didn't flush I was a terrible terrible night.

Great place to stay great location . Deer on property is a lovely surprise. Our fridge didn’t work and froze everything. But everything else was fine

Location and I like outside access and entries. Remodeling their doing looks great ?. I got one of their new done rooms. Need to work on breakfast a bit more but they’re getting there.

Air conditioning was sufficient for room but did not cool bathroom. Also, the room didn’t have adequate lighting for reading. Otherwise for a quick overnight stay the accommodations were acceptable.

If you've never been to Junction, TX, it's a VERY small town with not a lot of action (which again, just the way I like it). I was there for less than 24 hours for work, but I've been to Junction many times over the years. I'll stay here again next time I'm working here or passing through. The only notes I have: the water in the shower wasn't very warm and the door knob on the closet was broken to the point that I decided to just not use it. Neither was a dealbreaker for me. For dinner I walked across the street to Isaack's restaurant and had a delicious chicken fried steak that tasted as good as it did when I ordered the same thing there 30 years ago when I went with my dad. The friendly waitress and I had a great conversation about a podcast we both enjoy. I can't wait for my next trip to Junction, and I'll stay at Sun Valley again.

Room was very clean. The value was very good. Pool was not available. Room was small.

Property is pretty old & dated but got the job done for a night passing through @ only $54/night! I expected the breakfast to be a little bigger & have more of a selection but when I saw the size of the breakfast spot in the office I knew there wouldn’t be. If you in a budget this is the hotel for you otherwise you might want to pay more & be closer to the highway.

Friendly staff. Bathrooms had been updated but rooms were still basic motel rooms but clean. Good place to sleep at a great price. I listened to other posters and bought shampoo and body wash at the dollar general but was a great stay overall.

Some problems with the front desk check in person with language. Room had ants and spiders, pool was green and no body wash in shower dispenser. The room was clean and smelled fresh.
-
The king bed mattress is in bad shape and very uncomfortable. The carpet is stained and subway the spread on the bed .The room was hot they the nite due to the air conditioning continually going off. For the price of the room would have been nice not to sweat all nite .
