The staff was amazing especially bill. Everybody was so nice so well coming The location is amazing and the pool felt like a private pool we were there all night long Nothing. Simply was amazing we were there a family with three kids

I liked the location. Very close to where we went shark diving I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room, and the toilet didn’t seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

Rooms are ok but could use refreshing, the carpet especially is old and stained. No water pressure in the sink or shower. The first night I woke up at about 6am to be greeted by a roach in the bathroom so that wasn't good. The breakfast is decent, not great but to be fair I'm not expecting a 5 Star breakfast at Best Western. On the plus side, it's a good location and the bed was comfortable. The staff were good and helpful and there's plenty of parking. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Overall I'd say it's ok but I'm not sure I'd stay at this location again.
