Wyndham Grand is one of my favorite hotels for many reasons. The property is beautiful. The location is amazing. Walking distance to shops restaurants and parks. We drove the boat up from Hillsboro inlet and stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the water. The staff is friendly courteous and ready to help. Don’t miss this gem of a resort if you plan to stay in the Jupiter area.

Location close by the beach and restaurants Unfortunately, the only positive part of our stay was the valet staff, who were friendly and helpful. Our room had a very unpleasant odor from the moment we arrived. We also called room service multiple times and never received an answer or even a return call, which was extremely disappointing. We also paid extra specifically for a balcony room with an Intracoastal view, only to be given a room where the balcony primarily overlooked the pool, with just a slight view of the Intracoastal. If you are charging guests a premium for a specific view, the room should actually provide the view they paid for. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. The $28-per-day valet parking fee also felt excessive, especially when you feel obligated to tip every time you retrieve or return your vehicle. For the price of the stay, I expected the hotel to feel much more welcoming and accommodating. Instead, it seemed like everything came with an additional charge—even something as simple as coffee. There were very few complimentary amenities or thoughtful touches that made us feel like valued guests. Overall, the experience did not match the price, the room we paid extra for, or the level of hospitality we expected. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Minimal amenities in the room were left. As a matter of fact, there was no toilet paper after the cleaning was finished on one day of our stay.,. I think more gracious staff in cleaning of the room would be helpful. Cleaning crews were not very friendly.
