I would not recommend this place. Terrible. Air conditioner loud and musty. Too cold. Sign says not to turn off. Just getting back home and I have to wash even my clean clothes because of the musty odor. There was no one on site. Had to go back and forth on emails. Most of the time said cannot respond. The walls were paper thin. You could hear peoples conversations very clearly. So loud the people next door came in a 1 am and they woke me up just having a conversation. They said make sure you remove the trash. I didn't leave any behind. I arrived an one early and asked if I could get in? This is one of the few times they responded. They said sure, but it is $100.00 to go in early? The odor was so bad I spent most of the time outside. I have a cpap machine that also smells now. This was room #4. The ratings I read were very good. Someone is not telling the truth. I would probably use booking.com again, but I would like a full refund for my stay. They said near the end how was everything I said it was fine and thank you for fear of losing my deposit. See above.

We had a very comfortable stay at Tequesta Palms Inn. The location is excellent—it’s just a short drive from beautiful beaches and within walking distance or a quick drive to restaurants and grocery stores, making it very convenient. The biggest advantage is the value for the money. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in the area, it’s hard to beat. The property is older, so there are definitely some improvements that could be made. We had a few issues with the toilet, and the air conditioner was quite loud. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, that might be an issue. However, considering the price, these weren’t deal-breakers for us.

Location was perfect! The room was very clean. The beds were OK but could have pillow toppers on them to make him more comfortable. There was a lot of stuff I had to do before I arrived and I didn’t have anybody to talk to. I just got text emails.

I had a place to sleep Door would not open for multiple days waiting outside to have code refreshed. Shower plumbing broke and did not have shower for most of the day. No cleaning at all for days.
