Was not too happy with the staff. Never refilled the coffee always had to go downstairs to the front desk to get coffee and cups. Never refilled the towels. There was three of us there. We had three towels then they took one. I kept on going to the front desk. They would never have another towel for me. They would give me little floor towels. There was a drunk guy on the premises. Had to get him removed from the police. He was disrupting people. Overall experience was okay. Don't know if I would go back

The property is a dump in one of the most expensive towns in the US. The property is not being maintained. The elevators are beat up and seem to be operating as designed. The smell on the 2nd floor was overwhelming with cannabis. The musty smell and over all condition of my first room was disgusting. The second room I was given on the 3rd floor was better but the security lock had been broken off the door and hastily repaired. Over all this place is not acceptable for Jupiter or any location.

All the doors were simply LOUD. Good and bad. Good - felt very secure with an incredibly strong door, but you can hear everyone’s coming and goings. One of night, we were woken up by a drunken man banging on our door - 5:30am. He eventually went away but during the ordeal, no one picked up the phone at the front desk. We tried to call several time for assistance but nobody picked up. Luckily, the police were there in the morning and took care of the disruptive individual, but that was nearly 3 hours later. The room we had was nice and the AC worked great. Bed was nice too and clean. Breakfast is okay. Normal options, but tends to run out quickly. They have staff to refill, but sometimes falls behind. Location is excellent - close to Fresh Market(grocery store), plenty of restaurants, and a mile or so away is Jupiter Beach. If you have a car, plenty of places to checkout. Price, the general amenities, and location was great. The circumstances and some updating could improve the establishment.

This place was an ok stay. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast. The front desk staff was nice but the house keeping staff was rude and crowded the hallways when making their rounds. The carpet was unkept and disgusting and the room smelled very mildewy, the elevator was slow and seemed a bit unsafe so we opted for the stairs most of the time. The mattresses were very comfortable and the bedding was clean, the room had nice decor and beautiful pictures . Overall I would possibly stay again but something really needs to be done about that terrible carpet.

There was no cold water in sink and there were roaches. We were only in the room to shower and sleep so we had no time to report issues.

Nice lobby area and breakfast area, room was fine. The elevator was broken while we visited and our room was on the 3rd floor- we had a baby in a stroller so it was inconvenient to use the stairs and make multiple trips up and down

You get what you pay for. Awful weed smell throughout the second floor and around pool areas. Elevators not working 12 hours after promise they would be working again. Hotel tucked back behind shopping center with very concealed parking areas. Will try another location next time.

Everything was clean. Desk service was great, very helpful. Only complaint is Pancake maker broke after day 1 and I couldn’t get more before departing. Waffle maker was alternative for those who like waffles.

Dispute payments won’t refund elevator wasn’t working wasn’t any queen size beds or a refund Rancho itching the whole trip in the bed?

The towels had holes in them. There was a bug on the night stand the floor was filthy the luggage rack was broken. There was no hot water and the tub did not drain.

Stayed 1 night to get a sleep. Overall OK, but not a stunning experience.
