My main complaint is a $23 amenity charge for airport pickup, some crafty class, and something else. We didn’t use any of these, as I don’t think most people do. Most families coming to Maui rent car. They should delete this charge. They have several fees that make up costs. We will not stay here again due to all of these fees.

The staff was extraordinary! They were very helpful. My concerns have nothing to do with staff or facilities. I wasn't accustomed to the trade winds.

Didn’t tell us at check-in we had to use our room card to operate the elevator. ( no big deal, just felt dumb)

Outstanding friendly employees. The facility is clean and looks new. Very convenient location, close to everything. The Palms restaurant on property was excellent.

We stayed in Hampton inn Maui north shore. We opted for ocean facing with refrigerator and microwave. The stay was very nice and the staff were friendly. It hosts a private beach right behind the property. Very convenient to travel west and east of Maui

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Maui, from the cleanliness and the staff being wonderful, helpful, very welcoming, right away answer all our questions, regret not booking with them sooner, highly recommended 🙌 oh almost forgot! Breakfast was fresh and delicious!

Lovely location by the beach AND has the pool. Best of both. Breakfast came with the room, but we were going on a day trip that required us to leave before it was being served. I requested a brown bag breakfast and got some resistance until I pushed for it. For the price, please provide a brown bag breakfast if requested. Its and a bagel, apple, and a granola bar not a buffet.
