It’s a really nice place with great amenities, but the over sell on time shares is crazy bad. I don’t think I’ve ever had a longer check in as they kept me there trying to sell thing after thing. I had cold groceries in the car too…

The room was clean, and we had no issues during our stay. The property is pretty; we enjoyed walking around. But, mostly, we appreciated the clean room.

Albert at the check in desk was very helpful in assisting a couple of 80+ year olds get an accessible room. Lovely place and very convenient.

Very well kept and maintained. Awesome layout. Comfortable beds and furniture. Spacious. Loved the washer and dryer. Staff was helpful. Kitchen provided all we needed. Great place to spend a week!

Clean rooms. Had all needed in the kitchen. Well supplied with cleaning products and bathroom toiletries. Modern furniture. Unit didn’t seem worn down. Great stay will definitely return!

The staff at check-in were very helpful! They had great suggestions for beaches and sea turtle viewing. Staff were non-intrusive, yet always available for questions as they worked to maintain the property. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained, warm, and appealed to multigenerational vacationers. I hope to return in the future!

Great setup with 2 bed, 2 bath and living room and nice view. Cozy feel due to bungalow style. Perfect for family of 4 or even can do 6 people. Would stay here again on return visit to Big Island.
