Pool area looked inviting.

Rooms were okay. We found candy on the floor under the pullout couch. Kitchen area TINY. We have 4 kids two of them still on milk. Sink is the size of gallon milk jug. With all three beds set up not much room to move

Really like that the bathrooms by the pool had showers in then. Helped speed up bed time for the family after an evening at the pool and spa of the hotel. Didn't realize that parking wasn't included and had to pay extra for it. We re-read the information on the hotel page and realized it was clearly mentioned there so couldn't complain about that extra unexpected charge.

There was a bit of dust on the desk, no closet or hangers, and you had to go to the front desk for the couch bed bedding. The breakfast had very little selection with most items not replaced.

Great value hotel with excellent staff services

The hotel was located in a great area, surrounded by quaint shops and restaurants. It was clean and the room was spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay there again!

We really appreciated the clean room, exercise facility and that breakfast was included! Only wish that parking would have been included as well.

I was made to wait 2 hours past 3pm check in time in the humid outdoors before I could get to my room. Nothing was offered water, nothing and 3 families got checked in and allowed up before me and my travel companion. Mind you they arrived and were checked in within 10-15 mins. Once I finally get to my room I look up from closing the door and there's a roach. I at that point just wanted to rest after a 5 hour flight and another 2 hours of waiting and just stayed in the room. Absolutely horrible first night experience. We left the next day instead of extending the stay as planned and found another place. I have stayed at this same hotel 3 years ago with another friend who had booked the stay and had a good experience and restful stay but will not be back. However the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Nice property

Property was nice. In a good location. Staff was very helpful. What I didn’t like was not enough seating in breakfast area. Breakfast area was open and had birds attacking your plate if left unattended. The birds were also on the serving trays and tables. Unsanitary

We loved our room. Clean. Large. Most of all a great location. Two blocks from the Main Street which includes great restaurants. Shopping. Located close to the airport and easy to get to all sightseeing places. Loved this hotel.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean. We would stay here again.

Room was pretty clean, the free breakfast was pretty good with lots of options and the pool/hot tub area was a nice area to hangout at.

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the main street and sites. The hotel room was a nice size. The towels were gray and dingy. The breakfast had a good variety but it was very hard to find a seat. There are not enough tables for everyone to sit. A lot of people took their breakfast to their rooms. There was no cold water offered at breakfast. You had to get it from the gym. The pool and hot tub were nice, although there were a few bugs in the pool. Parking was $15/night.

Pool and hot tub were dirty and very strong chlorine smell. Burning nose strong. Breakfast was very poor. Eggs come with soybean oil type cheese. If they just did scrambled eggs it would be so much better. It’s very manufactured eggs. Pancake machine gave raw pancakes. Coffee is the cheapest possible. Location is walkable to shops and harbor. Again, Staff was great. Very polite and helpful. People!! Make real eggs.

Skip the Thai place down the road and head a little further out, the food nearby is hit-or-miss. No place for bag storage for early check-ins, but the UPS store is like 5 blocks away in a pinch.
