Ants in the covers, killed a roach in the bathroom, pay 15.00 per day to park! Room was not cleaned until 4pm!! Laundry machine would not take credit card, Apple Pay, and attended stated, keep trying, after you have put clothes and soap in the washer! Birds flying in breakfast area, not to mention the breakfast was somewhat ok, but pancake machine spit out dough not pancakes! None of the vending machines worked! Staff wasn’t helpful always had to say they’ll speak to the manager.

Friendly staff provided useful information about the area and kindly held the articles i left behind until i returned for them.

Staff were attentive. The hotel was clean and the rooms too. Breakfast was simple and good.

We were only there for one night. The room was fine.

I will stay again next vacations

My family and I stayed here for three nights and the location is perfect. Close to the airport and 200 feet from the main strip of bars, restaurants and shopping. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the strip. The room was clean and the breakfast was good! Pancakes, biscuits, gravy, cereal, bagels, eggs and sausage. Great value for the money. Bonus is that is was quiet. Loved it!

It was an okay budget friendly stay

The property was perfectly located in old Kailua town within walking distance of food and attractions. The facilities were pleasing. One of the staff members was rather rude when asked to explain the bill.

The location was wonderful if you like the center on Kona. Most places were walkable. The area around the hotel was a little scary at night, but good. The staff was very helpful. The only issue was that breakfast was a little chaotic.

This was a good choice for a late night arrival before we went to our resort. So close to the bay and farmers market!!

Large clean rooms and close to everything imaginable! Walking distance to food, shopping and beach! Wonderful staff and morning breakfast was included! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! I WILL stay here again!!
