Fell asleep around 3:00 am. Around 8:00 am someone entered my room unannounced…assuming is was a maid. She apologized and left. Unfortunately I couldn’t fall back asleep so as I was in the bathroom about 30 minutes later someone again…opened my door unannounced. Apologized and left. As I was checking out I expressed my displeasure to the young man at the front desk and left my card for the general manager, Julie, to call me. Not only did she not call me, she didn’t come to the phone the two times I tried connecting with her later that day. I’m sure it was simply a confusion with front desk/maids, but I quick conversation with the customer was warranted

The hotel was over booked according to the desk clerk. They put signs on the windows after 9pm saying they were over booked and would not be honoring even prepaid reservation. We Witnessed several people being turned away. At one point the police were called to escort out an upset guest. We were very disappointed that the restaurant was closed for our stay. The desk attendant said it was due to the July 4th Holiday. That was not acceptable to me as a guest. We had to go out and get food instead of eating in the hotel. We had no advance warning. The television was so old, it was not a smart Tv. Had to go to target and buy a Roku so we could watch what we wanted on TV. The hotel is not that old but did not seem like the owners were interested in having it updated. The door to our room was not level so we had to push hard on it to open. We stay in hotels and BNB’s all over the country and this was a disappointment. We did not have power at home due to a storm but we choose a different Hotel farther from home for the rest of our power outage. The staff was far from friendly when checking out. (Woman) The guy who was at the desk when we checked in kept complaining to us and other guests that he was the only one there (evening July 4th) and was over worked. We would not stay here again. Lots of disappointments.

Charging $17.+ for continental breakfast was not cool, carpet outside of elevator (only 1 elevator was working) was wrinkled. Room, parking was fine. Nor sure that we will return in future...maybe go over to HI Express??

Very nice hotel. We really liked that there was a bar on-site and breakfast available.

Curtis REFUSED to look up my confirmation number. Finally after arguing he listened. Said “oh yes I guess it is here”. Proceeded to tell me it’s not available and then refused to give me a refund and said there was not one single other room available. He switched my booking right there without asking and said come back the following day at 3pm to pay for the following night. I told him no I need a room for tonight. He laughed at me and said well I thought that was helping you. He then goes CLAIMING the only allowed check in time was at 3pm. Needless to say, he sucks. My refund was denied so now I have to jump through more hoops for a place I got turned away from but still paid for thanks. Everything

All was good. Staff on duty was great!

Had to wait on our room. Staff quit during our stay and no one was running the hotel. No towels. No one to stop people from keeping the noise down and people were outside playing music past 1 am on Sat. Kids answering the phone. Police had to ne called to get someone in there to control the place. I have never had a more horrible experience EVER!

I can’t say much about the property or how clean it was, I didn’t make it past the front desk. Before any words could come out of my mouth the front desk personal very dismissively stated all rooms were canceled and to check my app. Not an apology or an ounce of empathy just very rude and cold, check your app. Very rude and dismissive not a care in the world nor how can we make this better. After driving several hours I almost had to sleep in my car. My fiancés saved the day with one of his membership benefits of being a company owner.

We got to the hotel at three. The man took us up to our room. The room was never cleaned. He was going to just straighten the bed and call it good. I told him no, then he opened the bathroom door to find dirty bath towels on the floor. So we told him we would be back later. When we got back to our room it was cleaned. I went to use the bathroom afterwards wanting to wash my hands but there was no hand soap. My husband went to get the soap and there was no one around to ask about it. In the morning we went for breakfast at $14 a person, but there was very little food out on the bar. They were way understaffed . I would not recommend this place.

Terrible experience. Rude incompetent staff. No clean towels in rooms or pool. Pool was warm and musty. No clean rooms available until 11pm. Do not reserve this hotel or the suites next to it

This was the single worst hotel experience of my life. Went to check in - we had a reservation- arrived at 4 check in was 3pm. Front desk said the room wasn’t ready yet and they needed 15 minutes. 4 hours later still no room . No manager on duty and the front desk clerk walked out and quit. The lobby was full of people who could not get into their reserved rooms. Absolute chaos . A member of the laundry staff was at the front desk with a pen and paper asking people to write their name and numbers down and someone would call them when it got resolved. No guaranty that it would as the staff were calling to no avail to get some help from somewhere. We ended up staying elsewhere. I will never go near another holiday inn. The staff who were there were kind. If I could give this hotel and this company a negative rating I would .

Met our newds Staff needs to be more friendly. Person at counter during check in needs to open his mouth when he speaks. I could barely understand him. Another employee in the morning was frustrated because we got in the elevator with him. Seemed he was in a hurry but kept getting frustrated as the elevator stopped at each floor for additional people. Kept mumbling under his breath to hurry up. Made us uncomfortable.
