Holiday Inn Kalamazoo West by IHG

I have stayed here multiple times however, this was the first time I was told I could check in early and was denied when I was checking in. The hotel has amenities and is great for the purposes that were needed. I was in town to see the football game and watch the marching band. Great location to attend western activities.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed for this specific weekend!! The staff is amazing!

Clean room, very helpful staff especially the housekeeping team. Parking was convenient. The only thing that was disappointing was no continental breakfast or coffee, which is clearly listed I just didn't pay attention to it.

The hotel could have definitely been cleaner. No soap in the shower. Sheets on the bed had stains on them.

This was an excellent choice in terms of comfort, cleanliness, location, etc. Staff were so kind and helpful Everything was clean except the shower floor had some hair from the last person using it.

Took the front desk 20 months ago to get us check in even know when had all ready reserved thought maybe it was just us but there was three family in front of us and three behind us same problem

The night staff worker tried his best to help, but in the end this single night here was awful. It took an hour and many trips to many rooms to find one with working AC. And then, when we finally got into a room that seemed clean and had AC, it became clear as i settled in that it was not clean. No toilet paper. Towels askew. Dirty socks in the closet. But it was late and one of the two beds seemed unused so I crawled in wearing all my clothes and went to sleep. Ick.

The lobby smelled awful, like an old mop and dirty water. However, it was only the lobby. Rooms were spotless. Beds very comfortable. Very convenient to the highway and our venue. Breakfast was OK, food was cold. Employees were friendly.

Smell like dog poop and throw up on 5th floor breakfast was 13.95 terrible meat wasn't done. Overall staff was great but the smell took away all the good I was in and out
