Stayed one night

We booked and prepaid for 2 rooms on Hotles.com. When we arrived, the front desk clerks told us that they were overbooked and no rooms were available. They yelled at us to contact Hotels.com for a refund and Hotels.com would call them to confirm the overbooking. After a week of trying to get a refund, we got nothing. We got screwed.

Was litetally passed out in my room the one I oaid for and maintenance was pounding on my door I woke uo answered it and he was saying he needed to check my alarm so ofc I let him and he says

I like that most of the staff was very nice and helpful Need a key to enter thry any foor...so if u forget urs ur screwed also no front desk after 10pm... lastly I stayed hete for over a werk and everything was fine until the last day I woke up to maintenance pounding on my door at 8:30 am now i did oversleep so thank god I got woke up but he was claiming my rooms smoke detector was going off ...now I know for a 100% fact there is no way I dont smoke and I was there Aalone. Now like 2 days before they came and knocked on my door asked to come in and I let them they said oh wasnt u then ok thank u walked out didnt say another worrd...until today.... so I go dwn to thr desk and the GENERAL MANAGER.... whom ive never had any kind of problem with before was very rude saying she knew I took the detector down which what sense does that make think smarter not harder and that I needed to checkout by 11. So I packed my stuff and left but I ahoukd have asked y thr maintenance man walked atraight yo thr detector popped it right off and bam wouldn't u know it wires cut.... either one of them dod it or it was already cut ik for a fact they went In my room when I wasnt there what they were doing idk first room I went I to was dirty hair everywhere blinds disgusting.... the second room where this haooened was nice and clean but how dare u accuse me of smoking ina room when I dont smoke period and how d a re u not listen to wtf im saying I paid more than than enough to be comfortable and not have to worry about sum false accusations frm management!

I was able to book this property through Expedia, but when I arrived the young lady at the front said they were sold out. So it’s not really the properties fault for the low rating

very run down. Kitchen faucet leaked, toilet loose & tank would hit the wall with use, toilet paper holder broken, knob for shower use was difficult to lift up, walls dirty. Parking lot dingy

A pipe broke. No water in the hotel. No shower, no toilet. I had paid for a week. When I said I wanted to check out early, they wouldn't refund anything. It's not worth the low price.

Nice clean room, friendly staff extra helpful I forget my key alot and they are always so understanding and nice! They rlly try to help with whatever they can its nice to be around such friendly ppl!

Nothing Hotel should be closed down.

Nothing I waited for almost 30 minutes to check in to only be told that they just sold the last room to the people in front of me.

The front desk ladies was amazing

It was doable The main entrance was really dirty

We were astonished by the dirt on the floor of the room. Apparently housekeeping is provided every two weeks if you stay that long. Some traditional services are offered a la carte. We rented a room for two and we were provided with one towel! This place is a dump.

Location was good They did NOT accommodate our reservation

Had to buy linens and towels at local Walmart bc there were none provided.

Shower didn’t work, beds too small no pillows and a lot of after hours loud nuisances.

The woman did her very best to make our stay great Didn't know if I could take my chihuahua in with me
