Not good

Fire alarms went off in earlier morning, we run out waited for fire departments check to go back over 30 minutes. Fire fighter guy said this hotel alarm go off often.

Filthy hallways and rooms, sparse outdated furniture, broken tub, walls beat up, pot smoke in elevator and hallways. If you’re looking for an economical $orn movie production, this place is for you.

They changed the name under my card and reservation and email and still charged me even though we didn’t get to stay

My daughter and I stayed for 2 days and the hotel was good for the price. We weren't expecting greatness so we were happy with our choice. The lobby desk was closed when we checked out so we just left our key in the room which was not what I would have lliked to do. But we had no other choice.

Nasty room and no pool access

COMPLETE ASH TRAY OF A HOTEL. The entire complex smelled like an ash tray. had a no smoking room, and the air vent in the bathroom was pumping in what smelled like a pool hall, internet doesn't work. Roach poison all over the room the place is AWWWFUL!

The front desk employee, who I was told was the manager, was extremely rude. When someone finally brought us toilet paper, we pointed out the water on the kitchen floor. Instead of sending housekeeping to clean it up, we were told they would bring us a mop so we could do it ourselves. I couldn't believe they expected paying guests to mop their own room. We had also been told we couldn't check in early because they needed extra time to make sure the rooms were clean. Based on the condition of our room, that explanation made no sense. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay because our budget didn't allow us to find another hotel. This was, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the service was terrible, and the manager's attitude made the experience even worse. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a clean room and courteous staff, I suggest staying somewhere else.

When we arrived, it turned out the hotel was overbooked. We had to find another accommodation.

Disgusting, through the halls the smell was so bad. The smell lingered so bad it was on your clothing. Hand prints were everywhere on the glass and elevators. Blood, feces, urine and it all built up in corners and on the walls of the hotel.

Stayed one night

We booked and prepaid for 2 rooms on Hotles.com. When we arrived, the front desk clerks told us that they were overbooked and no rooms were available. They yelled at us to contact Hotels.com for a refund and Hotels.com would call them to confirm the overbooking. After a week of trying to get a refund, we got nothing. We got screwed.

Not a place to come back to

Was litetally passed out in my room the one I oaid for and maintenance was pounding on my door I woke uo answered it and he was saying he needed to check my alarm so ofc I let him and he says

Never book online these people dont respect a reservation they will leave u without a room. Ghetto and rude! And will only do first come first service they dont care if u made or pay ur stay.
