It all started at check in, the two gentlemen working the desk were a bit odd to be working a front desk. They seemed a little out of it. They couldn’t figure out which rooms others have been booked into so they were going to rooms to check if anyone was in there already. They lost our paperwork and keys multiple times at the front desk while checking us in. The whole thing was strange. The room was a little worn down with a funk odor to it. We were just staying one night so figured we’d stick it out. The whole time wondering if someone would walk into our room since the front desk couldn’t figure out which rooms were booked… The morning we woke up to multiple dogs barking in an adjacent room from 6:30am to the time we left at 9:30am. If you’re going to allow pets in rooms, make the walls more sound proof and keep none pet rooms far from them.

If you need the ability to do minimal cooking, this is a great option. With a fully equipped kitchen with a full apartment size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove top, it can allow in house meal preparation. It was very clean and roomy affording an opportunity to have a few guests in the room pretty comfortably. The staff were all accommodating and professional. Breakfast was just OK. Could improve.

The stay was wonderful until next time

They do not change the comforters - the comforter and couch had dog hair on it. Bathrooms were clean but the place is in need of a deep clean and carpet cleaning - minor maintenance but the breakfast and coffee were decent and suite size was good but was not comfortable on a couch that clearly has not been cleaned if there is visible pet hair. Oh and lock your car. Apparently someone’s car was attempted to be stolen the evening before we arrived but the staff caught them.. weird kind of sketchy

Lovely staff, very helpful, great location and nice property

Arrived at 4 pm for our 3 pm check-in time. Was told by desk attendant that cleaning staff was behind and our room would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Waited 2 1/2 hours in lobby for room! Not acceptable at all. Given no discount or compensation for this inconvenience. We had made reservation in advance too! Unbelievable.

The 1 bedroom suite offered a full kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom (2 queens) and bathroom. The room was quiet and comfortable and was located very near to Western Michigan University. It was in a busy part of town surrounded by stores and restaurants so lots of options for meals or shopping (tho most require driving). It did included the standard hot/cold breakfast buffet and also had a courtyard area with outdoor seating. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The room upon entry always had a stale smell though we became accustomed to it after a few minutes. A candle or some air freshener would have come in handy.

Had a show to go to at Miller Auditorium. Very close and convenient. Zeus was awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again when back through!

The first morning the breakfast was great. The second morning the breakfast was terrible. No bowls, plates, coffee was empty, no sausage, no milk, it was just totally different experience one day to the next. The pool water was very cold. Room was ok. Nothing special. It was clean.

The room was terrible. There were stains on EVERYTHING. There was a huge blue stain on the carpet that had clearly made it to the bed lining. The kitchenette did not contain all of the requirements someone actually using the kitchen would require and the spatula that was provided had clear food remnants. The TV situation felt like going back to 2005 and the controller looked like it had never been cleaned - caked with crust from former guests. The food in the morning was a joke. Eggs that weren’t really eggs. The only edible thing was the cottage cheese. I am someone who uses the gym. This location clearly shows a treadmill in the photos. The treadmill had a sign on it that it was inoperable. Fine, I get things break but it doesn’t take a week to get a repair person out to fix. The real issue was the sign on the treadmill had been retaped onto the treadmill for months. There was clearly no effort in actually fixing the broken equipment. The hand sanitizer in the workout room expired in 2022! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
