Upon arriving to the room we noticed that the floor at the entrance and bathroom were dirty. We called the front desk and they sent someone to mop the floor. The large sofa in the waiting area is stained.

Good place to stay.

Didn't get up in time to take advantage of it.
-
Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Breakfast ran out of milk and hash browns and sausage. Towels for the pool ran out and we're being washed. Room was clean, shower basin coating was coming off in a couple of spots but that wont hurt nothing. Just little specs. Staff were as helpful as they could be. Doesn't seem like management keeps them properly or adequately staffed or supported. Quiet location.

We were in town for one night only. The room was clean and the staff was cordial and helpful. We would stay again. The location was convenient to many things.
-
Hot tub was nice, pool was cold. Breakfast was nice hot choices. Suite was AMAZING

The location and grounds were excellent for our needs. In our opinions the bathrooms could use upgrades - better lighting and venting. And we noticed floor dirt/ dust/ debris the would go more than a day before being removed. Appreciated staff and breakfasts.

I would have provided much better reviews if the customer service representative z83(ollowed with a promise to fix the cable television. The clerk said he would arrive in 5 minutes. No staff member came to repair SMsin========== the as promised or even the following gg,d\\\\ -

We got a nice overnight stay.

Our one night stay was as expected except for lack of hot breakfast food.

Great Service!
-
Overall a great stay. Breakfast was good and well monitored. Pool in great shape. Parking well lit and marked. Minor things like lumpy pillows, older mattresses and fewer towels in the room kept this from being a 5 star review, so let's call it 4.5!

Great service, breakfast, hot tub and pool! Will stay there again!!

This hotel has definitely gone downhill since I last stayed here in June 2024. The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling. Furniture is in bad shape. Carpet is dirty and worn. Bathroom is tiny with very little countertop. White towels were dingy and rusty looking. The breakfast is ok, minimal, with few choices and no variety from day to day. Will not be staying here next time I'm in Kalamazoo.

Helpful staff. Lovely pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was, in a word, horrifying. The lack of gluten-free varieties, which consisted of gluten-free bread from the freezer in the back room; the attendant could only be roused after loud and repeated efforts, and when asked about gluten-free options calmly informed me that it existed, then refused to get them despite my request until I repeated my loud and repeated efforts to get her attention. A less determined or desperate person would have gone hungry thanks to the attendants negligent indifference. The regular breakfast options weren't much better; a dismal continental breakfast with low-quality waffles. The bedcover was irritating in texture, but the bed itself was decent. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the people using it seemed to enjoy it. The elevator screamed like an enraged elephant when opening or closing. I guess for the price it might not be too horrible, but it felt expensive for what was offered/the quality and cleanliness of the facilities.

Clean rooms, breakfast and pool all night e.

This hotel needs some serious maintenance done. The closet doors were broken and ajar and appear to have been that way for some time. The door in the suite would not close at all. The shower faucet was loose. The stovetop was not seated correctly in the countertop, the elevator was very noisy and clunky. The entire place could use tlc with paint fresh flooring and new furniture. Do yourself a favor and if cleanliness is important to you avoid this hotel.

the lady i checked in with was wonderful, and the booking process was smooth. i prepaid everything so i would have no issues at checkout. i had some issues when i arrived though because i had requested a crib as i took an infant and there was none, when i set my baby down on the floor to crawl around in the supposedly clean room she was cut by broken glass in the carpet. i paid for an early check in and late checkout and the receptionist came to tell me i should have been out by eleven in a rude tone and i had to inform her id paid to check out in the afternoon. the breakfast included was good. the room was spacious but the broken glass in the carpet that cut my infant really ruined the entire stay.
