In need of major renovations!!!!

Room was very spacious, however the oull out couch could use a replacement and the TV was situated weirdly. But the pool was fun and the hotel was quiet.

This location was very run down. Headboard vinyl peeling, dresser drawers did not close properly, closet hanging rack broken. Did not even have a do not disturb sign. The bottle refill in the lobby was not working.

Elevator carpet looked like it had never been clean. Workout room was extremely dirty, had water dispenser but no bottle, no towels. Room was okay and common area were okay.

Property is being renovated so there was some construction debris in the elevator and the pool area floors needs cleaning

There was not much to like about the property. Room125 was in very poor condition. Shouldn't have been available for use as it had a lot of unrepaired damage.

Good condition and helpful staff. Being updated as I write and well maintained,. Pleasant staff a plus.

The rooms were dirty with dilapidated furniture. Sheets were too small for the bed. Toilet barely flushed and the bathroom lights had a short. The pool was closed. We ended up leaving to stay with family rather than sleep there.

Breakfast was below par compared to other Hamptons we've stayed at.

We made reservations the night before coming as we knew we would arrive late. When we got to the hotel we found our reservation was cancel with no notification and we were still charge for the room. Now it is a fight to get refunded:

First of all ice machine on our floor broken all 5 days we were there. Air conditioning I. Fitness room not working and it was 90. Thirdly never had change for washer and dryer. Said would get some every day. Finally had to walk to liquor store across the street

Hotel was nice and comfortable. We stayed memorial weekend and there was a dog show and car show going on. The atmosphere was wonderful for my kids and I. Hotel is being updated but I still loved it. Breakfast options could be a bit more. Didn't have traditional waffles which the kids love

The hotel is under renovation so there was supplies and material all over the parking lot and in the hotel. Stayed at this same hotel last year at the same time and it was in way better condition. Not a bad stay but hotel was dirtier and not as pleasant as the previous year.

The pull-out sofas in the room were not comfortable and hopefully will be replaced in the renovations. We had to move to a second room on check-in because the sofa bed in the first also wouldn't pull in and out probably. The room had no extra bedding to make up the sofa. There were loose cables dangling in the rooms and common areas and the hot water really only made it to lukewarm. In addition, the gym room had broken equipment and when we wanted to use the printer in the business room, we needed to get the front desk to assist with printing. Overall, the hotel was not to the standard of the price they were charging.

The front desk staff were helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovations and I'm sure it will be nice once these are complete.The hotel was well situated for our stay and does offer a variety of amenities as well as having a nice dining area for breakfast. Bad

Staff pleasant and breakfast offerings were good. Location convenient to our friends’ home in Mattawan.

Clean room, housekeeping staff was excellent.
