Reviews

We had leftovers from going out to eat and being able to pick up silverware and napkins on our way to our room was convenient. Plenty of lighted parking. We will stay here again.
-
Strong smell of weed in hallway. Room curtains were very dirty, with visible dirt. Curtains over hang AC unit, so dirty curtains were flapping around, until we entered room and moved them. Work out room was closed. Staff was very friendly.

The front desk employee was very kind and helpful.

Gym was not available

Room was great bed was great. All clean and roomy
-
Very outdated and didn’t appear clean in rooms, especially the shower. Pool was not well maintained and the ceiling in the pool area was falling apart. Breakfast was ok. Complimentary water bottles provided. Would not stay again
-
It was close to a lot of shops, restaurants and West Michigan College. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean and well maintained.

Very poor

Everything is always excellent
-
Workout room was closed. Very friendly staff
-
The overall experience was positive; however, the restroom facilities exhibited some mold. The staff provided excellent service, with particular commendation for Pam.
-
Food was terrible, not many options besides waffles
-
There were ants in the room that got into my clothes. The carpet was wet and I slipped three times walking to the restroom. I asked for a room change and the new room key was just placed on the front desk for me to grab. The new room's shower did not drain and the elevator broke before I finally checked out early.

Place is very bad and dirty. Worst Fairfield marriot hotel ever. Stay away from this place and look for other options.

Not the cleanest. Somewhat outdated. But it was alright.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Pam(I believe was her name) was great at the front desk. The first room we checked into(219) was dirty. Very dusty, toilet was dirty, shower was filthy, and had hair in it. Pam apologized and offered to switch our room. Go up to check 2nd room(209) and it wasn’t much better, but we settled because we wanted to be in the same hotel as our other family. My sister checked in the day before(217) and had the same issues. As I realize things can get missed, by the looks of it, this has been overlooked for months. Both stairwells looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. The breakfast and coffee was good! Despite the issues, we had a great time!

However, our toilet was very slow & questionable. (Since we were only staying 1 night, we used the public restroom on the first floor.) Our sheets hanging on the window were literally shredded. Not impressed by that! The room was 2 queens, no real place to put luggage which made it crowded on the floor where we had to open our suitcases. Breakfast was fine; typical for a hotel selection. Honestly, I wouldn't choose this property if we come through town again. Below par for this traveler.

Nothing. Everything. Terrible breakfast. Cheap imitation eggs, terrible turkey sausage. Couldn't even stomach it. Area not kept clean. Lack of plates. Juice dispenser ran out. Located off the interstate. Our room view overlooked a parking lot that overlooked the interstate. Loud noisy neighbors. Nobody cleaned the room, just brought new towels. Never vacuumed. Never made the bed. Pillows were a joke. Almost broke my neck slipping in the pool area. Unfriendly staff with the exception of one woman. Males were all miserable. Didn't honor the Booking.com price.

Staff was excellent. Check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked and refilled throughout the morning. AC took a bit to cool the room down but we were coming from outdoor tournament and were extra hot.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Everything felt fresh and orderly, from the bedding to the bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things tidy, and I always had clean towels available, which I really appreciated after long days of travel. Each morning, the hotel offered a warm breakfast that was both satisfying and well-kept. The dining area was clean and organized, and the food was consistently fresh—definitely a nice perk to start the day without having to leave the property. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and welcoming. Additional amenities like reliable Wi-Fi, ample parking, and a quiet environment made the experience even better. Despite being close to the freeway, noise levels were minimal, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel offers great value for its convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, reliable place to stay while traveling.
