Clean comfortable, kind staff

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful! I had an oxygen concentrator delivered to the hotel by my provider and the staff delivered it to my room. I mention this because at most hotels, I'm left to struggle with getting it to my room myself. They also helped me get my luggage out of the car on arrival and helped me load it back into my car upon departure. Very thoughtful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable and provided all the comforts needed. I highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Other than the rug having tears in it and the door handle to the room was very hard to push down to open the door everything else was in good condition. I would probably stay there again. The staff was friendly and efficient .

The location! The price of the room was high relative to the quality of the accommodations and facilities. The breakfast options were limited and did not compare well to what other hotels typically offer. Additionally, the layout of the room was not ideal; the toilet in the bathroom continued to run unless you wiggled the handle, and the pull-up for the tub shower did not provide a strong water flow. The ice machine was broken, and the entrance bathroom we had to use had no toilet paper and a wet floor, creating an unsafe situation. We brought our concerns forward and a supervisor came to our room and told us the room was being renovated. What is even more frustrating is that we were unable to move to another room because of the hotel’s booking status. If the hotel knew rooms were being renovated or unavailable, they should not have been booking guests into rooms in this condition. A hotel should meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance, and this stay fell far below those expectations. I have pictures documenting everything but unfortunately cannot add them to this Expedia review. I am now waiting to see what comes from the manager and what compensation will be offered. This was absolutely not the experience we paid for. Waiting to hear back do not recommend

Very poor

The location was good. The staff were all really nice- we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and they were all helpful. When we got there, I noticed an old coffee pod in the coffee maker. No big deal, things get missed. As we went in tho, we noticed the walls by the stove were spattered with food material. My daughter noticed beef sticks on the floor by the head of the bed she slept on as we were packing up to leave. The beds were both really hard.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly Not knowing that every room was pet accessible and there was animal fur all over the place in the room. People who have allergies should be alerted to the fact that you allow pets to stay in every room

The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. The furniture was not is good shape and the upholstery was extremely dirty and disgusting. The stove drip pans were disgusting with burnt on food. There were a couple gross bugs as well that I killed.
