TRAVELERS BEWARE ELEVATORS DONT WORK AND WILL PUT YOU ON 3RD FLOOR TO WALK UP WITH YOUR LUGGAGE

The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.

Ice machine didn’t work. After asking about it I was told “sorry it was frozen up” that I could go to the third floor for ice. Not acceptable The whole front of the air conditioner was detached and laying on the floor on the other side of the bed. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in so it didn’t work. There were rolliepollie bugs in the bathroom and on the floor. There was missing grout on the bathroom floor and the whole place smelled. Never stay there again.

This place was good, breakfast was pretty good and lots of parking.

Overall it was a fine place to stay. I think they were short-staffed the weekend we were there. I waited to talk to a desk person at check-out to report some issues with my room and no one was there. I had to leave my comments with a staff member who was mopping the floor. The issues weren't horrible - the shower handle was super loose and about to fall off which made it hard to use the shower, and the TV mounted on the wall was loose to the point of it feeling like it was about to fall off the wall - but I thought management should know. Who knows if the message I left with the staff member ever made it to management. That process took several minutes and no one ever came to the desk.

Comfortable room and bed Toilet was dirty; hotel appeared to be in need of paint and repairs.

The only things were the location, being right off the freeway, easy access to everything, and the free breakfast in the morning, they were also able to switch my single queen to a standard double queen at the last minute due to unforeseen changes. Dirty, broken fixtures in bathroom, double booked room, which led to altercation late night between guess that we’re supposed to have been checked out that thought they still had the room with an active key that tried to enter my room at 11:30 PM.

Breakfast was so-so, hot food was Luke warm, breakfast area could have been cleaner. Carpet in room was dirty to touch.

Friendly staff. Pretty good selection at breakfast. Pastry was hard and not edible Shower hose was black and moldy. Pastry was hard at breakfast.

Room wasn't cleaned fully. Dried sink, tub, and toilet cleaner still stuck to porcelain. Pubic hair on sink and tub. No hand or bathsoap stocked, no toilet paper stocked. Dirty sheets still in a pile on desk. Cleaning supplies including a bottle labeled "weed killer" left out on counter. Dirty toilet scrub brush in garbage bag on floor. I was soaked to red when I arrived I was didn't want to wait for the hassle I'd room reassignment. Place reeks of weed and very loud group of game watchers gathered in breakfast area off of foyer and were so loud after 11 PM I could hear them on the second floor. Management did not nothing to quiet them for other guests. This has never been a stellar place, but this was the final straw for me. Been there numerous times and this was the last.

Loved it

Close to where we needed to go. Easy to get to. Bed was comfy and pillows to. Very small room, no freezer in fridge for our coolers ice packs, tile floor in bathroom was cracked in front of toilet, and by the sink, elevator was broken down, breakfast was so-so. Branch on trees outside of windows rubbed against the windows at first scaring us, then was annoying off and on through the night. Was pricey for the room we were in. In the morning it smelled VERY STONG OF POT in the 1st floor hall and somewhat strong in the 2nd floor hall
-
The room was okay but the elevator was broken and the ice machine on the 1st and 2nd floors were broken so it wasn’t the best stay.
-
Clean, decent breakfast with hot food, nice front desk clerk.. Very small room...way too small to squeeze in a king bed.
-
all was good, clean and as expected. Everything was fine
