Friendly staff

Room was clean , bed was comfortable, Lake Michigan water in January was warmer than the pool water . Also ladder in deep end is basically 2 stairs and way to high , very difficult to exit pool

Finding the hotel was a bit of a problem because the sign for it was so small we missed it. The room was clean. It needed an electrical outlet on the wall next to the bed. I had to use an extension cord from the bedside table across the bed to plug in my CPAP. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Would stay there again.

Beautiful large hotel, great bar and restraunt, nice staff!

On my 2nd night my AC went out and the staff barely cared enough. 6 hours after being so nice and polite, I called the front desk and asked for a different room and maintenance appeared magically. The next day, someone broke into my car in their lot. Only good thing was that house keeping comes daily

The pool was beyond cold that is why nobody was in it at a time when it is usually very full. I’ve been to this hotel five times, I do not plan on going back after this experience!

They over charged me and there was no breakfast to be had. They said no refund for the breakfast portion we had pre paid for. Anything else is null and void at that point. Hopefully Monday this all gets resolved.

The stay was good the restaurant food was great but i paid for a meal ticket for sunday but the restaurant wasn't open.

The bar was great and the bartender was awesome

We had an issue with the AC in the room. Maintenance was very prompt and tried to work on it but was not able to fix it. The moved us right across the hall within 10 minutes after assessing it. We didn’t have to go down the desk to change rooms. Great service from the staff.

Room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Fitness room had a lot of equipment and very clean. Pool was clean and large, there were a few mulch pieces pool side on floor, no air conditioning in pool area, and hot tub did not work . Would prefer they offered brewed coffee in lobby. There is a coffee shop inside for you to purchase. Breakfast is available to purchase inside restaurant.

Staff were excellent. Property as a whole was clean yet dated and worn. It is our understanding that management is in the process of renovating the entire complex.

They unexpectedly closed he pool area for an hour in order to make repairs to the hot tub but it made not difference. It is the little things that matter. Dylan was particularly helpful at check-in

Gave us nice grab and go on the 4th when everything was closed.
