The hotel was comfortable and clean. Went for a conference and enjoyed all of the services that were offered.

Not much to say. A nice hotel with helpful staff.

Hot tub gross and not hot, uncomfortable bed, towels stained brown

I asked for a handicap room. A bar in the shower was the only think “handicap in the room”. The space between the queen beds, beds to cabinets were extremely narrow for my husbands walker. I have stayed in other Marriott hotels, had walk in showers, handrails including at toilets, surround shower handrails and even paid less for my room. The exterior doors exiting to side doors were not handicap friendly, ramps to the parking areas were cracked making it difficult to maneuver in. I booked thru AARP who I have done in the past explaining my husband’s needs and experienced nothing like this. Desk clerk was not much help. I had wished I had not booked my stay for my son’s wedding there but was meeting up with family to assist me with my handicap husband.

Beautiful property and outstanding staff!

Beds were comfy and it was easy to adjust the temperature in the room.

Very well decorated and designed. The onsite restaurant and cafe were both wonderful. The staff was friendly, and always available. Even with being booked up for a convention, the property was well maintained. The pool itself was freezing, possibly due to the patio doors being open. The shower curtain and spots on walls had what appeared to be bleached blood. The feathers in the blankets had all bunched up and gotten crispy from drying.

Good place to stay in Michigan.

We arrived at 3:10p and were told our room won’t be ready until 4:30ish. We went to eat and came back when asked and the room still wasn’t ready. We finally checked in and needed to shower and use bathroom. After using the toilet we discovered there’s no water. Maintenance said they have to turn it on, it’ll be 15 minutes. By now our plans have been ruined. We waited 15 minutes and still no water. I went to the front desk and I was mad. I used profanity and was thrown out of the hotel. When I went back to the room to tell my wife, the water had been restored. It came out brown and yellow! We were disgusted by the staff and the dirty room. The manager had the nerve to yell through the lobby for us to have a nice day. Kimber is horrible.

We did not utilize the pool, but we would highly consider coming back to use those facilities. It was great having the convivence of a restaurant and bar available. The food menu was limited, but options were affordable and diverse. Breakfast was amazing and well worth the extra cost. I would have easily paid extra for the room to include breakfast had I known it was that good. Exterior of the hotel made me question my choice of facility, but that was quickly remedied by the lobby. We waiting quite a while to check in, but were greeted by an employee stating they would be with us shortly. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. It was difficult to operate the ice machine - I would suggest a "how to" sign posted by the machine. All minimal things.

Quiet and clean, staff was very nice

The stay was quick but great. Great sized room and friendly staff.

So, it was decent until morning when I found that there were no caffeine coffee pods for the coffee maker, the shower water was cold, and the little lotion bottle had lotion on the exterior and was 1/2 gone. When I went down to the front desk to report all of this as I was leaving, I found that there was no complimentary coffee anywhere else, but they did offer me caffeinated coffee pods....that I wouldn't be able to use....because I was leaving.

Staff was enthusiastic and kind but duvet was dirty—makeup or something smeared over a large portion of one corner

Great place to stay. Check out us at 12:00pm so it was very convenient.

Pool required a blue wristband worn, pool was ice cold and not enjoyable, housekeeping gave towels but did not take out trash or restock soap or toilet paper. Front desk clerk asked for my room number when I walked up to ask for tp. Breakfast $16.

Rooms clean, bathroom could have been cleaner...shower curtain was gross. Hot tub was 16+ so my kids were not happy about that. But everything else was fine.
