I just don’t understand how this place exists as something that costs money to stay at. It’s run down and looks nothing like the photos, sketchy characters all around, room wasn’t ready when we arrived, cigarette smoke scented hallways, stained carpets, cleaning staff forgot to do our bathroom. The only redeeming quality was how friendly the staff were and they were clearly trying their best, but it seemed understaffed, dirty and in the middle of a strange time.

The room was wet the bed was wet the floor was wet, I almost slipped on the room floor due to the hallway floor being wet and the doorway floor was not carpeted. I could not enjoy the room I slept in and was so disappointed since I paid my hard earned money for!

We were told that the rooms had kitchenettes, which, in fact they did not, and then we paid for four days. My husband went into the room, seen that there was bugs turned around and walked out, went to the desk and asked for a refund and we were told no that was $500 that they took from us that they refuse to refund even after we told them to keep the money for the one night and a refund the remaining days they told us no.

Nothing Rooms were disgusting. Evelyn and Velora are terrible employees. Evelyn is the GM and she changes room rates for certain customers. Velora lives in the hotel with her 3 kids. The rooms are falling apart even though they are going through a “renovation”. There are no housekeepers so they don’t clean the rooms. They do not wash sheets at all. Housekeeping have found needles in the beds. Any guest can get a master key depending on who is at the front desk at the time. Do not waste your money. The Red Roof next door to the hotel would be a safer option for your kids.

nothing. The hotel room was filthy, the toilet was running and rust stained. There was no soap in the room, there was no drain plug in the sink. I'm fairy positive there was a large poop smear on the carpet in the center of the main room. The TV did not work. It was truly the most terrible stay I have ever had.

Other than that, it is a 0. Smelled of weed, urine, dirty rooms, truck parking, an issue. Had a very hard time in and out. This will be hidden from all future bookings

Velora is one of the nicest people they have. Her energy is top-tier. Whenever you have a problem with the hotel experience, she will help you; the GM there is also very nice and kind to me.
