Its Location No hot water Sink doesn’t drain Door doesn’t lock Toilet seat not fastened to toilet Smells like cat urine No phone in room No cups in room Cops in hotel looking for suspect, that was at the hotel!! Very unsafe, put a chair and other items against the door to try to sleep!

Location only Nothing was good, it was being renovated, lift was not working, dirty floor, construction debris everywhere, we had to stay on ground floor and a very dirty smell coming out of carpet.

The staff were okay. There were coackroaches all over the floor, cabinets etc. It had a bad smell to the room. When we got there to check in the staff informed that there was some 27 rooms overbooked and we do not have a room. It was around 9pm that time and I had my 2 little kids in the car waiting to check in. Later, the staff informed they can give me a single room, so the 4 of us adjusted there. It was awful. We had to take the room since that was our only option. Never go back again.

It's very affordable! The hotel was under renovation. Eat breakfast before 8. We got there at 830 and nothing left.

Nothing There is cock roaches, bad customer service, exposed wires, needle lids, plus the smoke detectors are covered with plastic bags.

The price and it seems like they're trying to update and remodel. Staff was nice. First thing we noticed was a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. Most looked homeless. I had to avoid Stepping on a smashed hamburger and fries while getting out of our vehicle. The carpeting in the halls were absolutely disgusting. The elevator was not only dirty with broken floor tiles but it took forever and sounded like it could let loose and fall at any moment. We walked into our room and immediately smelled old stale cigarette smoke. Couldn't find a light switch so I had to feel around in the dark to find a lamp. I then went down to the front desk to ask for their WiFi password since it wasn't displayed. I proceeded to tell the employee at the front desk about the cigarette smoke smell in our room. Which it's a No Smoking hotel. I went to take a shower and noticed a few blood specks on the wall just above the towel bar. Once I went to climb into bed I saw a blood speck on the fitted sheet. I didn't want to ask for another room or leave the hotel to find somewhere else to stay so I laid out the towels on the bed and slept on top of them because of the blood speck on the sheet. When we left there was still a lot of people standing around the parking lot. It was like 9am and the smell of marijuana was super strong. I have photos I took of the blood specks if you'd like to see them. Oh and I couldn't use the blow-dryer because it made a loud high pitch screeching noise when I turned it on. So I had to go to bed with wet hair. My son sent me pictures and a video from others reviews. Badly stained mattresses and a cockroach crawling on one of the beds. He begged me to let him rent us another room at a better hotel. We weren't going to leave at midnight to go to another hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. The photos I submitted are the nasty carpeting in the halls. The blood speck on the fitted sheet. The blood specks on the bathroom wall above the towel bar. And the broken tiles in the elevator.

Absolutely nothing. Very ghetto, nasty, and has no sense of care over this building. Bigs everywhere. We did not stay the night Smelled like cigarettes and dead water. The outside looked absolutely terrible. The sign is spray painted

The staff were super nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. No bed bugs. The elevator had clumps of hair in it. The carpets were disgusting. The slide lock on the door was barely attached to the door, propped the ironing board against it. People running in the halls upstairs all night. No remote control for me TV, only had one channel.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Below bare minimum in rooms- one room no garbage can, no plastic cups provided, very thin duvet/comforter.

Staff was helpful Facility was terrible. Door locks did not work. Plates missing on wall sockets. Trash in room.

Sheets had holes, pillows were too soft, only had one hand towel. The floors were dirty

No bath towels in the room when we arrived. No facial tissues in the room. No hair dryer in the room. The hot and cold on the shower were opposite positions so that first shower was cold until we figured out that the plumbing was set up opposite the way it should be with “hot” water further to the right. (Ours had hot water way to the left and cold to the right.) Lamps were in miss positions with shades crooked. Bed was uncomfortable without any mattress pad between mattress and sheet. Sink faucet airflow sprayed water everywhere when turned on and leaked. Television signal kept “skipping/buffering”. Elevator made creaking noises and did not have State inspection document anywhere inside it showing proper verified inspection. Clientele looked rather sketchy.
