Hyatt Studios Kalispell

One of the cleanest Hyatt properties that we have stayed in. The check in and checkout process was smooth, the front desk staff is very helpful. The location is good with easy access to restaraunts and stores if you plan to use the kitchenette. Highly recommended for families travelling to glacier park and other destinations nearby.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff! The continental breakfast was more “grab and go” style (ie granola bars, packaged muffins, fruit) and we kept having trouble with our keys not working for our door, but the staff always handled it professionally and quickly. Would highly recommend!

Hotel was nice but there was no house keeping the whole time we were there. When I checked in they told me they come once a week and I was there for over a week and no one came to clean our room. We had so much garbage and dirty towels piling up

Breakfast was terrible, set out a plate of muffins or bars and bananas. Same thing every morning. Expected more.

This property is only a few months old. The staff was great, especially Tyler. The breakfast is only muffins and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. My big complaint was the lack of insulation. While the location was quiet the rooms weren’t. I was there 2 weeks, during the week pretty quiet the weekends not. Without insulation hard to keep children quiet.

The rooms were great, very clean but try to get a human on the phone for a billing question after being redirected to a call center in India he told me to try the Kalispell number again! I said I’ve done that, long story short a different person at the call center told me the best way to contact the hotel was through email! And be sure to attach all your information, I can’t believe they don’t answer their phone. I also couldn't find anyone for checkout and didn’t get a copy of the final bill otherwise I could have questioned it there, Hyatt hire some d@! Help and quit relying on customers to pick up the slack with the self check out on the room TV( that by the way didn’t work)
