There was trash in the hallways, and maid service was only provided every other day. The hallways did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned regularly. It was also a cold weekend, and we asked for an extra blanket for my grandson but never received one. The pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. It honestly made me wonder when the pool and hot tub had last been drained and cleaned. The bottom of the pool was chipping, and my grandson cut his foot on loose tile. Breakfast was inconsistent. The first morning was terrible — it looked like cut-up hot dogs were served, and the eggs were cold and green. They did have the standard waffle iron, yogurt, cereal, and other basic options. The second morning’s breakfast was much better. Overall, due to the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and the condition of the pool area, I would not choose this hotel again or recommend it as an option in the future.

Breakfast was excellent. Something different everyday. The muffins were great. The kitchen staff (hi Cheryl!) came out and talked to you, cleaned the tables and offered to take your plates. Very clean and spacious room. House keeping every other day. Nice kitchen with all the amenities. Full sized fridge and dishwasher. Clean bathroom. No mold or broken things. Everything the way it’s supposed to be! I wish all hotels are like this. Unfortunately, the mid-range hotels in TX, GA and other states are taken over by the Patel Cartel. Their hotels are run down. They don’t ever fix anything and charge for everything. Breakfast is available but NOT included. What a scam! I always try to avoid the Patel cartel motel/hotel if I could. Haven’t been this happy with a hotel in a long time. This is a solid 5-star hotel. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Properties in whitefish sold out or even more pricey. Property very nice!!

We asked about the pool during check in and told about the hours. We then got changed and walked downstairs to realize that it was closed for cleaning/maintenance. So, we were perplexed why we weren’t notified of this when they knew of our intentions.

We’ve stayed here about 5 years ago so it was a no brainer to stay here again! The Queen suite fit our needs perfectly! The rooms were clean, and comfy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The gym was well equipped. They even gave treats to our 2 small dogs ☺️Highly recommend!

We got more for our money than I think we would have at other places. The room was large and more like a spacious apartment.

Spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed and not sure if by training or their nature, all the staff had a smile on their face. Was not cheap, but returned a good rest. Well worth it.

Breakfast is amazing! So many warm options and healthy items! Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Desk staff were great! Friendly and responsive Disappointed in the breakfast. Ran out of eggs - were told that there was only 15 minutes left so there would be no more eggs. If you say breakfast 7am-10am, there should be food until 10!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly a front desk person named Amanda Pope. She went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, more so than anyone else we’ve encountered on our travels!!
