The closing of surrounding does at night was really loud. Lost a lot of sleep because of that.

Great location, Good breakfast Because people are flying into Kalispell, It was noisy in the middle of the night as people were coming in. I was on the first floor near the lobby so in retrospect if I had been at an upper floor I think it wouldn't have been a problem

Comfort and location were key factors for us!!!! There was nothing not to like!!!

No coffee makers in the room. Must sign out coffee makers. One coffee maker at breakfast was broken leaving a long line. Hot tub was broken. Room rates were ridiculously high compared to other comparable hotels. Room was not ready at check-in . Waited 45 minutes. Will never stay in a Holiday Inn Express ever again.

Location, good breakfast, daily “cleaning” We found dog food on the floor of our unit, the wall is dirty hopefully it’s chocolate not blood…we are four and only received 3 towels. There is no coffee maker in our room and most if the part of the fridge is brooken

Love that they are dog friendly. Also liked the friendly staff. A few maintenance issues. Running toilet and non working phone. Also the bathroom started to smell funky even after cleaning.

For someone from Montana the smell was the only adjust otherwise everything was perfect.

Unfortunately the pool was closed due to unplanned maintenance and we were looking forward to that and the buffet breakfast looked a little sad so we went elsewhere. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and our room was comfy with lots of feather pillows!!

Quiet dark room much appreciated and the king bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels. Good breakfast.
