We felt welcomed by a safe and clean environment. The staff, both at the desk and any of the working staff were kind and helpful. Service with a smile. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our breakfast as well. Met some mighty nice folks traveling through as well.

It was conveniently located.The staff was friendly. Breakfast was somewhat limited-1but it was convenient. Some of the bottles of body wash/shampoo were plugged.

Great poop room and hot tub! They also had a happy hour snack.

There is no coffee in the room. The line to get coffee in the breakfast area was out the door. For the price I paid, I would like to have coffee in the room as an option.

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was very good, and it was convenient to have shopping and restaurants close by. The beds were especially comfortable, and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again! The hotel had limited parking, and only one clerk was at the front desk when we checked in. The clerk was also assisting other guests and answering phone calls, so check-in took a little longer than expected. Despite this, the staff was helpful and courteous.

Breakfast was great. The chicken and waffles were a great touch for the holiday. For the expensive price of the room that we got, we were put into a handicap room and not the one that I picked when booking the room. The room wasn’t ready upon check in, and when we got to our room the smell was not great. I just would hope that for nearly $400 for a room, it would be a better experience.

We stayed in the jetted tub room, and paid $440 for one night. The wallpaper was peeling up and had several stains on it. Also the jetted tub was surrounded by tile and there was no way up to it, no stair or anything to help you get up that high. Also coming out of the tub with wet feet would be a huge hazard and I could see someone becoming seriously hurt.

At firstbi wasnt happy with the 1sr floor having outside and inside entrance, but after seeing the dog bones in the lobby i thought thats a great idea. Easy access to take your dog out on potty breaks. Thanks for allowing dogs! Also had a nice breakfast in the morning. Close proximity to the airport.
