Americas Best Value Inn Kalispell

The room was very clean & the staff were very helpful. There wasn’t an elevator, however the staff were so thoughtful & carried my bags up to my room. For a 80 year old it so very much appreciated.

Beds were comfy and bedding smelled clean. Bathroom needed a good scrub and the floors throughout the room were sticky. Not sure what was used to mop the floors. Breakfast: tables were messy. Food was running out and not being monitored or filled. Sorry, but would not recommend.

I really had a good stay at this place, the staff was so nice and helpful. Easy to find and availability of parking was good.

Cigarette butts left in the room. Ketchup or red stuff sprayed on the wall. Room latch broken. Exterior hall door lock broken and not locked for security. Breakfast was sparse and chose to eat elsewhere.

Still food in the fridge from previous people, bathroom walls were patched and hair on bathroom sink, 1st floorvroom and window wouldn't lock, if it wasn't for being exhausted after Glacier I wouldn't had stayed

We asked for a change out of towels in the second day we came back that night.The towels were still on the floor in a kind of a general pissed off.Clerk said, I'll see if I can find you some towels, and then she came up with three out of four There was probably at least five fluorescent tubes on lights in our room that were not functioning.It was a very dark room As I stood at the desk, I heard other people complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms when they arrived When I arrived in our room, it turns out somebody's luggage was on it already.So we had to stand in the hallway for about ten minutes while we waited for another room In and out front door morning and night, not one person at that front desk acknowledged somebody was walking by in front of them I would never stay here again

The location is handy to lots of stores and restaurants. This is an old property with some upgrades, however the water pipes make terrible loud noises. The dim lighting in the room covers up the overall look of the room. The beds were clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower.

The worst place I stayed in 60 years.

Hotel located near busy street ( will be sure to take note of that on future bookings) , walls/ windows very thin, heard cars racing up and down the street all night. Uncomfortable bed, not a very clean room, one towel for 2 people🙁 , door wouldn’t shut tight even if you slammed it shut, 2 out of the 3 outlets didn’t work, won’t be back

It was the loudest hotel we have ever stayed in. People were yelling and jumping around until 4am. The sheets had stains on them. The fridge was very loud.

We had to ask for towels because there was not a single towel in the room. The bathroom sink was not cleaned and I doubt the bathroom was up to ADA/OSHA codes. We will not be staying in ANY of your hotels ever again.

The hotel is older and definitely weathered, the shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty.

The hotel does not even have wash cloths. Only one towel

Tried their breakfast and promptly decided to go somwhere else.

Heinous is the only word that comes to mind. I left 20 minutes after checking in because of how disgusting my room and the main area were. The service was angry and I was told there wouldn’t be much breakfast because it wasn’t “the season” yet. I wasted my money and got another hotel because of how unsafe and dirty this place felt. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
