Location was good for us. Dirty, run down, door from outside and room door didn't lock properly, window did not lock, very thin walls, no blankets, no hand towels or wash cloths, soap or extra toilet paper, air conditioner was very loud, breakfast was minimal and stale, coffee was horrid, front desk gal was unwelcoming

This property is run down and out of date. The room was dark and small with a strong unpleasant odor of disinfectant. There was no shampoo, only conditioner for some weird reason and the liquid/bath soap provided was handsoap. We didn't eat breakfast, but it seemed to not be worthwhile. We were told that the vending machines were broken. To the positive, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to stay just one of the two nights we booked which was done easily without any charges.

Nothing exploded while we were there. The room above us was impossibly noisy. Constant stomping, moving furniture and dropping heavy items on the floor. It went on till after midnight and started again before dawn. No help or resolution from the staff.

The room was clean, but I felt it needed an update. There were some slight damage issues, like damage to the bathroom sink, the shower head was stuck, and holes in the curtain. The room was advertised as having a queen bed, it was a full. And the walls are VERY thin, we heard everything, especially since we were right off the lobby. The property is advertised as eco friendly, which was a particular reason we picked the property. The garden as advertised are just, albeit nice, flower pots around the outside. The food was individually packed in plastic wrap, which felt wasteful, and plastic utensils. Staff was friendly and answered the few questions I had.

Good price. Quite outdated and the beds were very soft. There wasn't a lobby area with couches and chairs to sit in.

Arrived at 6:00 room wasn't ready. Lost some help. We came back an hour and half and was ready. Room was clean beds comfortable. Breakfast was not very promising nothing but cereal and oatmeal that was disappointing. No discount offered for room not being ready. Mixed expectations on property.

The location is an hour to an hour and a half from Glacier's West Entrance. If you want to be closer to the park, you may want to look elsewhere but be prepared that you may spend more. If you also want to do stuff in Kalispell and at Flathead Lake, this is the perfect centralized location. The bathtub was deep and had enough hot water to boil every lobster in the world. Biggest plus of the hotel. Gotta love a deep tub. The bed. Okay, so do you remember staying at your grandparents as a kid and sleeping on a "mattress" that was just cloth over springs? I'd prefer that over the bed we slept on. My wife and I went out and actually bought an air mattress and new pillows (the hotel ones are so lumpy). If you have the same experience, budget about 60 bucks extra for that, otherwise, you won't ever sleep. Also, they have either prison or military grade wool blankets on the bed. If you are a cold person, lucky you. If you are not, remove this blanket as fast as you physically can. Next time, I'd say I'd probably stay elsewhere, but my investment in the air mattress and pillows means I'd be fine here again. Still. Not staying again.

Staff was friendly. Let us put our ice packs in their freezer overnight. Security lock on back door was missing. Junk all over outside building. Hall carpet needed vacuuming. Dog in room next door barked alot. Front dest actually called us with noise complaint after we were in bed for over an hour. Window shade didn't keep out light from street light. Shower was small and oddly safe was blocked off by a wall.

Kinda dirty. Kinda loud. Kinda not worth the price.

Great location. Room was a good size. Chipped paint on edges of walls. Furniture in hallways. Seems like someone just took over and was in process of making improvements.
