Dated and in pretty bad shape. Would not recommend to anyone

This is a run down disaster of a motel that was far from clean. There was no hot water nor ice. I will give them a star for clean sheets and towels, but honestly I would rather sleep in my vehicle than ever waste money on that motel again. Their idea of a continental breakfast was toast or Little Debbie muffins and orange juice. High price for a dump.

This place is a dump.

Good staff, room could use some work. Door didn't shut completely and the folding lock was broken off and not there.
-
Clean, comfortable room, plenty of parking in the lot, & convenient location to many things (drug store, restaurants, parks, various shopping). The staff was friendly & helpful, answering questions & assisting in any way they could. Continental breakfast was good (& 1 less thing to plan each day!).

peeling paint in the bathroom, broken fixtures and old caulk jobs looked shoddy. but room was nicely operational and pretty clean despite lack of upkeep for its. age. its location and availability are its best features, staff was OK but nobody tried too hard. cleaning lady before 930 am will never be wanted. i'd stay here again if i had too, but would look elsewhere first.

My room had roaches in the window and under the bed (dead) but still roaches and the shower was disgusting I checked in and checked right back out.

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and quite comfortable.

Staff was very professional and courteous.

- Friendly Staff - Low cost - Breakfast - Adequate Parking - Non-Smoking Rooms - Lobby was clean and the breakfast tables were cleaned after each guest used them Minuses: - Small contractor grade toilets, need elongated design - 3 ice machines & vending machines were marked out of order - Upstairs room had a squeaky floor in the bathroom, probably bothered the downstairs guests - A/C would cycle on and off every few seconds once the room reach the set temperature which is annoying if you are trying to sleep - Room refrigerator need to be defrosted as it had an inch of ice built up inside - Toilet door needs lubrication, very noisy when opening and closing - Toilet in the lobby was a disaster, urinal missing from the wall, soap dispenser was not working, had a store-bought hand pump soap dispenser - Paper towel dispenser not working, had napkins on top to dry hands - Hotel is located near a very busy intersection. Lots of traffic noise late into evening and in the early hours of the day. Overall, you get what you paid for. Hotel is in serious need of updating.

When I checked in the staff was unprofessional, he asked me how my day was and I said it was good and I asked the question back to him and he said he didn’t wanna talk about it. When getting to our room, it was a non-smoking room, but smelt as if someone had smoked in there before it was unclean and not updated.

Staff was friendly. Room was very dirty. Odor in the room was virtually unbearable.
-
Horrible rooms and what is shown in Expedia pics it’s not like that they are giving room based on how much you paid for the room if you got a great deal then you will get bad rooms if you pay more you get good rooms

As old as the building is and the exterior condition I would not stay here again. The room was very clean, the house maids were great. But overall it's an old outdated lodge and is a disappointment

Staff were friendly and helpful with local maps, attraction information. The property is dated, not very clean and we had no hot water during our stay.
-
So dirty it was uncomfortable to stay in.

The staff was polite, helpful, friendly (and apologetic about the conditions we faced) The sheets and towels were clean. Beyond that, the stay was uncomfortable. The first room on the first night had no doors that could be safely locked. Some of the lights didn't work. The A/C was spotty. The odor in the room was reminiscent of a dog kennel. We were moved to another room for our second night and those deficiencies were corrected (except for the odors!) . It is an older motel in a busy resort town and the prices reflected that. Any other motel that was in better shape was able to charge well in excess of $350 per night; I know we checked. For someone traveling on a budget, this was the only choice. The photos shown in their ads were obviously from years ago. Nothing looks that good in person. The front desk attendant was obviously using the sofa in the lobby for reading, snacking and napping.

Location was great. Parking was great. The room was as clean as it could be but with the disrepair of some things like the carpet, shower and lighting it was hard to beleive that it was truly clean, The bed was horrible. A/C struggled to work. Door did not seal properly and you could see light through on all 4 sides. The check in staff was great and helpful.

Do Not Stay Here!
