Best Western Plus Kalispell/Glacier Park West Hotel & Suites

Good

Room and main areas were clean for the most part. Staff was friendly. Bed, heat and ac. I had a room with a kitchen and literally nothing stocked. I didn't NEED the kitchen, but it would have been very disappointing if I had. Lower quality breakfast than most Best Western Plus hotels.

Breakfast choices was eggs (scrambled or round) and sausage (pattie or link) EVERYDAY. Attendant would add new product over old product - Not replace. No fruit or potatoes. Gravy for bisquits - Old, greyish and kinda stringy. Doors Slammed shut - No resistance piston. WiFi was slow - at times equal to Dial-up Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

We stayed at this hotel because it is in good proximity to Glacier National Park. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around to choose from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super helpful! The front desk guy ( I can't remember his name) gave me directions to Krispy Kreme for coffee! Love the hotel and the area. Had a great stay!!

This was the perfect place to start our week roadtrip! Sara & Meagan are amazing! So helpful & kind! The hotel is verrryyy clean, and we'll maintained!! And the breakfast area was great, and had plenty of variety! And Walter will never rush you out of the breakfast area!

Kind of noisy though, from the loud bathroom fan and refrigerator that hummed all night to the upstairs ELEPHANTs!

We used the laundry room which I haven’t had to do before and it wasn’t a problem. Change is made at the front desk as the machines are coin only. We brought our own supplies but I believe they offer some for sale in their pantry. Room was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. I didn’t care for the squishy pillows but others might. The double queen room felt spacious and the lounge area on the second floor was used by multiple parties playing cards or working from a laptop. Noise wasn’t an issue even though our room was right outside this area. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with eggs and a meat protein. There was a selection of breads, make your own waffles, and yogurt bar. The big plus was the basket of gluten free bagels and muffins. It would be nice to have the coffee and teas available 24 hrs but that’s a minor issue. All in all it was well worth the money to make our stay pleasant.

Clean, updated hotel with friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised with a kitchenette in room as well! Relatively close to downtown Kalispell. We had never been to Kalispell before, but the hotel is really closer to Evergreen. The price seemed pretty steep for a hotel surrounded by a trash/recycling center, weed shops, and casinos.
