My stay was wonderful from the moment I walked in and was treated so kindly at the counter! My room was comfy and easily accessed. It was near the outer door at the end of the corridor...easy to get to my car in the parking lot. The continental breakfast was very good...best scrambled eggs ever! Tish was so helpful and a joy to see each morning. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Kalispell!

I was very surprised at the hotel. It was clean, very friendly and accomodating. We left an article of jewelry there and they found it and held it till we could return several days later

They didn’t have our room ready at the 3pm check-in time. We arrived at 2pm and were told our room wasn’t ready and that check-in wasn’t till 3pm so come back then. We left and went for food when we returned at 3pm the lobby was full of customers all being told there were no clean rooms yet. I was told we would have to wait at least another 30-45 minutes for our room to be cleaned. I did get cranky because their check in time is 3pm and they knew there were reservations coming but instead of having rooms ready they made us and at least 2 other groups sit in the lobby and wait. After a 1/2 hour of waiting and me grumbling to my son the desk staff member said to me “lucky day you rooms ready” and he threw the card keys across the desk at me. When we went to the room there was a woman in the room still cleaning it and she made us sit in the hallway until she finished. Overall if you can avoid any contact with the staff it’s a good place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

Room was nice, clean and the fridge actually works. The water pressure is not great but overall a good experience. We understand that hotel rates go up in the summer but this rate seems over inflated for a small Super 8.

The room was not clean. The door to our room was left open when we got to it. There were zero shower towels in our room. The next door guest screamed at crying kids at the top of his lungs until midnight.

Room was very clean. Shower pressure was incredible. The only thing we were disappointed in was the lack of food for breakfast because they were waiting on their shipment. If you are looking for an inexpensive no frills place to stay I highly recommend.
