Aero Inn

Our room was clean and staff were friendly. We both woke up with backaches from the bed and pillows were pancake flat. We had one lamp in our room and desk, but no nightstand or overhead lighting. Windows were being upgraded so window molding was missing. Towels were very scratchy and not soft or plush. Pool was closed, but hot tub was open and relaxing. Lots of loose gravel on the bottom. Continental breakfast was ok with an assortment of breads and dry cereal, apples and coffee/tea. Very basic. Hair dryer in room didn’t work. Baseboard heater worked, but you had to crawl under desk to get to control which was somewhat difficult. Noisy also when people were in adjacent rooms or in room above with slamming doors, loud talking or moving chair around. TV worked great and was a large screen. Soap was difficult to dispense for handwashing and shower. Parking lot was pretty good and adequate places for guests.

For the price it was a great place to stay.

The room was very outdated. The heat barely warmed. Our room was extremely cold and never did warm up. No insulation around the windows or mounted a/c units. Not sure how that room would be warmed in the upcoming months. Also their pet area was pretty far away and was not lighted at night. That seems very unsafe to me. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and should have been replaced a long time ago. Didn't use shower so I don't know how that was...it was way too cold to shower.

Aero Inn was very clean and convenient to restaurants and the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall the Inn is dated and needs some attention on the outside.

The bed was horrible. My husband & I rolled together in the middle. Worst bed ever. Very run down. For the price you'd think it would have been nicer.

Parking, staff, and room was good

Unfortunately, our stay at the Aero Inn was disappointing. The pool was advertised as operational, but it was closed during our stay. The hot tub was also unclean, and staff acknowledged that it had not been properly maintained. We initially had to request a different room due to several issues. The bathtub in the first room had mold in the tile work, there was no hair dryer, and missing window trim created a sharp edge that nearly cut my hand while opening the curtains. The room also had an unpleasant odor. The second room had not been properly cleaned. We found pills under the bed, and our socks became very dirty after walking on the floor. The heat in the room also did not work, which was particularly concerning given the unusually cool fall temperatures. The pillows appeared old and flat, with only three provided for the bed. We were also disappointed with the level of customer service from the night staff. We witnessed an elderly guest approach the front desk for assistance because the heat in his room was not working, and the staff member appeared unwilling to assist him. While the beds were made, the overall cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and customer service did not meet reasonable expectations. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly upon check-in. The room was very clean, smelled good and the bed was comfortable. Parking was excellent.

Dog friendly property old hotel budget but needs a Reno. Our room was small had 1 light very dim, bathroom fan was loud, window box was torn out, cinder block interior walls like a prison. Bed was unlevel and very squeaky . We did have clean sheets and clean bathroom staff was nice and courteous. I would not stay here. There was a pet area at the back which was good.5/10

Very clean room. Hotel is somewhat dated but the service was excellent.

Mattress was so crapy. Need to buy new one. Not sure how old the matress is. If you want to stay here, make sure you check if air conditioner is working properly. Matress is ok for your comfort. I don't recommand this place at all. This was the worst part of my trip. Find a place more decent and pay a little more.

Wasn’t sure if we were really wanted at check in. The next morning, the night person was less than friendly. The coffee he made was over flowing and my wife informed him. He didn’t make a move or care. I ended up cleaning up the area and the floor it spilled onto. Breakfast was just cereal and toast available. The room had baseboard heat and cinder-block walls, so warming up took all night. The bed was well used and sunk in the middle. We rolled together😁. It’s a budget hotel, but we paid more for this room than we had for other budget hotels with nicer beds and overall room, with friendlier staff. The outside is weathered and needs paint. The hall has a smell of old musty cigarettes.
