Terrible place to book. Booked a room here with the understanding that there was a free 24 hour airport shuffle for a family friend that was stuck at the airport for 2 days. After booking, we called to have her picked up and they stated they were understaffed so they were not running the shuttle. She had to stay another night sleeping in the airport floor. And this hotel refuses to refund me for the room. Take your business elsewhere.

Was told there was no reservation made. Had to find another place at 2 in the morning. You messed up my reservation. Did not honor it.

We checked in later but the staff was pleasant and got us into our room super quick. The next day they kept out luggage behind the desk because we could check out on time but didn’t have our car available to be able to take our luggage with us at that time. They were very accommodating! The room was clean and fit our needs.

This property is in need of some serious updates. The carpeting needs replacing. It is worn and dirty. Staff was not rude, just nonchalant. Their dress was “street clothes” at best. Night 1-no tv. Night 2- one elevator not working. Just plain not worth the price.

Very convenient location and is attached to the mall. First floor is very noisy. Went to third floor facing the courtyard and it was so much better. No TV for the first two nights wasn't my favorite ending to a day.

The tent was clean and cozy! The heating mattresses were a very good addition because it was very cold at night in late September

Nice enough hotel for the money, definitely dated but served our purpose. Carpets are old and worn, dusty in places and faily dated. Breakfast was standard for any hotel. Elevator broke during our stay, ac was going out and no cable tv for the duration of our stay. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower while visiting Glacier National Park this will do.

Older Motel, casino and conference center. Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in my room and I got welts all over my body . Hotel staff was surprised and responsive and compensated the room.
