Property was very dirty and uncomfortable rooms , I booked for 3 kids and 2 adults there were no ample beds and bedsheets were stained and blankets were torned . I was very disappointed after paying such high price for a very uncomfortable night. Also Expedia advertised unreal things about this hotel . I usually give good reviews but this time I’m disappointed.

We stayed for a week, our room was clean and quiet, the hotel was sold out, so a quiet stay was extraordinary. The location is extremely convenient, shopping and food extremely close by and very easy to access roads that take you to attractions. I would stay here again.

Expedia booked me for the wrong dates. I put in July 5th and they booked it for the day I was searching on. Hopefully I wasn’t charged for this.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly, which made a good first impression. Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. However, the hotel itself could use some updates. The building feels older, and the carpet in the hallways looked very dirty and had an unpleasant smell. With some renovations and better attention to the hallway cleanliness, this hotel could provide a much better overall experience. The customer service was great, but the property's condition needs improvement.

I would recommend it - make sure pool heater is working and the shuttle service is booked in advance for all or any type of trips ** alcoholic beverages for guests to purchase would of been nice ** extend the breakfast hours from 6-10am would be nice

Hotel needs to updated, remodeled. Paint and carpeting. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Very old facility but good maintained

This hotel felt "worn". Furnishings, carpet care, dining area all felt tired and old. We were given a room which smelled of pet urine. (We didn't have pets with us.) We asked for a different room and it was communicated that there was only one other room option available. Is this because we booked through a third party? The hotel was not full. The second room also smelled of pet urine, but not as strong. We took it as there wasn't another option. Besides the smell, the toilet was dirty, and breakfast offered moldy oranges. Red Lion, please help improve this property. For pet rooms, perhaps get a carpet cleaning company to properly remove urine smells? We were not traveling with pets, but we have in the past. Aren't pet fees going towards the upkeep of the rooms?

It was nice and clean room. Staff were helpful. Continental breakfast was good with many varieties.

We stayed in a family suite and it was spacious! The kids loved the pool. Staff was very nice and efficient.

The room looked cleaned. Hallways and carpets were dirty. The pool heater did not work, there were no towels in pool, hot tub, sauna area. Breakfast was great and front desk receptionists were amazing.
