The direct TV channels that the average person would watch were not available. Only one local channel, a bunch of reality shows that only an idiot would watch. Thank goodness I had a book to read in the evening. They need to renew their contract. The bathroom shower floor was very slick so had to use a towel to keep from slipping, also no grab bars.

I cannot say enough about how great the staff is at the Hampton Inn. Super friendly and very helpful. The service along with top flight, family friendly accommodations has made the Hampton Inn my first choice when we're in Kalispell for a soccer tournament. A special thanks to Assistant Manager Nancy for being incredibly kind and helpful to my granddaughters and my family. I deeply appreciate you and your staff.

2nd floor room with a large air duct 3 ft in front of the window, the rest of the view was other vents and electical equipment. Bed frame was broken. No soap in shower. Not a good room for the price. The asst manager made a disapproving comment about me booking through a 3rd party (expedia) so maybe this why I got a less than average experience.

Staff were extremely friendly! Clean facility and rooms. We enjoyed our visit. Like that it is a little set back from the road so not too much traffic noise. Will stay again if back in Kalispell!
