Our room felt like it wasn’t cleaned. There was dust on the bed frames, greasy finger prints all over the AC, and the check in experience was very long. The breakfast area was so crowded and under stocked that we had to get breakfast elsewhere.

Gym had cleaning carts in it. Not accessible. Staff was kind of rude when asking for more towels. Air conditioner is on its last leg… definitely not a pleasant stay. Was there about 2 years ago, definitely downhill since then. Room 104

Todo horrible , cuartos con mal olor , colcho nes pesimos , baños sucios , el hotel sucio creo que estaban pintando y ahi nos dieron una habitacion , la peor experiencia nunca mas volvere ahi

Clean roooms clean property

Maintenance & Noise: The room suffered from poor soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep. I expected a much higher standard for the price paid. I recommend the management review their housekeeping and staff training protocols. I will not be returning to this property.

Not clean

Well it was a place to sleep for the night. Shower had holes in the wall, curtain had already fell off and they fixed it and did not fix the holes. All the tvs were hung crooked. Kinda dirty. The breakfast was a let down. I just wish the soccer fifa was not in town so I could have got a better room at another location. I have a year old baby and was afraid to set her down. If you need a place to sleep and don’t care where this is your place but if you have a small baby or want a clean experience this is not your place.

Clean room and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, perfect for a quick stay. Plenty of parking.

No remote for t v. Desk clerk attempted a random remote and it didn't work. No response from front desk.Had to go down to it. Room phone not working (safety issue) Desk couldn't fix . Not a good stay. Night clerk was a "No show".Day clerk worked a double. We won't book there again. Very disappointing. Management needs to check this property.

Would recommend if you're looking for something affordable but still modern

Filthy, falling apart but for a World Cup match… a means to an end.

Nasty beds room was not clean pu ic hair in the shower. Would not recommend to anyone. Gross breakfast
