Jacque in charge of breakfast is your biggest asset. She is friendly and seems to really care about the people she feeds. The contiinental breakfast under her watch is the best we've ever encountered over the 50 years of visiting KC. She gets a gold star from us.

This was a really nice Hampton for our two night stay. We would definitely come back to stay.

No bed bugs, very clean, and the staff was GREAT!! No bacon at breakfast, beef was hard, and pillows were way too soft.

Front desk needs training. Check-in was fine but they were abrupt and unfriendly, made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

Very modern updated hotel. Not much around to walk to but less than fifteen minutes to Starlight Theatre, which was why we were in town.

Great place

The hotel had almost everything we needed and was located near the Starlight Theater where we were headed for a concert. The bad part was that the mattress was very firm (not to my liking) but even worse was the pillows. 4 pillows on the bed that felt flat and even if you piled them all up, did not equate to a lovely fluffy pillow. The room was very clean - just not comfortable. And the included breakfast was about like most…bland and not exactly considered a benefit.

This was SO worth it for the price! Staff was extremely friendly. We got fresh baked cookies upon check in, the room was clean, the amenities were all in order. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but extremely clean and well kept up on. This hotel is also 13 minutes from the Starlight Theatre where our concert was. It was a very easy drive and even a great central- ish location to other KC touristy-things.

Short drive to Kauffman. Rooms were clean and even though the hotel was extremely busy during our stay, it was quiet. No noise from other guests in the hall or slamming doors. Overall a great stay.

The location was convenient. The room had all we needed and was pleasant.
