Worst discrimination and customer service I’ve ever experienced especially at a Hampton by Hilton. Bed has stains all over, bathroom was still dirty, and everyone that worked there seemed miserable and had the wrist unprofessional. Jasmine at the front desk made our experience horrible at the first step into that place. Managers don’t care and will talk about you right in front of your face. Place is horrible! Spend 100’s a night in service, cleanliness, and management like this ? Yeah no thanks. DO BETTER!

For people without food allergies it was good: waffles, muffin. For people allergic to gluten: omelet (even the plain one was too spicy); bacon was too greasy; fried potatoes were too spicy. Milk was fresh, yogurt was good, fresh fruit was great. Price is way too high. We had to stay because of an emergency, so no time to compare.

Best hotel that I’ve stayed in. It was nice and quiet at breakfast was amazing. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I did noticed the walls in our room could use a wipe down and the door jams were smudged. It was a little noisy but nothing that wasn’t to be expected. The sounds of sirens and traffic was expected because of the location of the hotel by the highway and off/on ramps. This did not take away from the experience of our stay. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking lot was well lit and we had no trouble finding a parking spot. Breakfast was served between 6am and 10am, we got there around 9 and there were plenty of food left. They had 3 waffle makers and one made mini waffles. They had a variety to choose from including vanilla or strawberry waffle mix. Check out was easy and they remembered us from check in the previous day. Starbucks is within walking distance and there were plenty of options for food nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Don't cheap out. The price difference is minimal, but the rewards are immeasurable.

My first impression was at the front desk when i was told they would place a hold on my credit card, when I had already pre-paid for a room. Not what I expected. 2nd we went to our room assignment and it had not been cleaned. Bed unmade towels in the floor etc. Back to front desk who seemed annoyed at having to give us a different room and then saying she would check it herself (sharply..like we were lying). 2nd room was clean but beds were lumpy and sheets were scratchy. We refused to go back to the lady at the front desk again and made due. Morning staff was much more friendly. Breakfast was ok until a child ok really a teenager who should have known better sneezed all over the food. So we didn't eat. Coffee was good. Left without incident. Haven't checked my statement yet but I will be shortly making sure those incidentals were not left on my card.

Nothing extravagant, but the room was clean and just what I needed for a one-night stay.

Front desk staff was super rude. When I walked up to check in she didn’t even look at me and after 30 seconds she finally recognized I was standing there and then said, “driver’s license and credit card.” She didn’t say hello. Welcome. How can I help you? Nothing! I mean, I am white and she was black and I am sure this played into the dynamics of her being rude to me but Christ. You can at least fake it. Very disappointed indeed.

Great stay!

While the beds, location and staff were nice, the stay was not very restful. Our room was on the side near the road, and both nights you could hear the traffic, especially a motorcycle that went by revving almost every hour it seemed. Also, the first night the room above us was loud, it sounded like children were running and jumping in the room unsupervised until at least 1:30 when I turned on music on my phone to drown out the noise. The second night we could hear some ladies having a great chat all the way up until about 1am or so. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest you bring ear plugs. The location was great for the Chief’s preseason game, but local amenities are sparse. Maybe the area will fill in more with some businesses. The breakfast was like many other places, a good offering. Might stay again, but definitely bringing ear plugs!

Great place to stay. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Lisa and Brittany at the front desk. Hope I got their names right. They were very helpful, friendly and fun. Also the light roast coffee was fantastic!

I was very impressed by the staff! The gal working the front desk on the evening of 8/15/26 was a breath of fresh air. All the other staff members were friendly as well. And I can't leave a review without noting the breakfast! It's definitely the best free hotel breakfast.

Jacque in charge of breakfast is your biggest asset. She is friendly and seems to really care about the people she feeds. The contiinental breakfast under her watch is the best we've ever encountered over the 50 years of visiting KC. She gets a gold star from us.
