Hotel and room was clean. Only thing is the ac in our room didn’t provide cooling as expected. Even after keeping at 66F we didn’t feel any coolness on the room. Breakfast had decent options

We stayed for the night on a road trip. Great place to stop. Pool and hot tub to cool off and good breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. I was a bit disappointed at the previous BW we stayed just outside of Flagstaff but my faith in BW was restored staying at this one. Maybe the Plus is the difference. Very clean and large room. Pool and whirlpool but we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy them. Great breakfast standard eggs, sausage & bacon, yogurt and fruit juices. Will definitely stay here again on our next road trip.

We decided to spend the night last minute traveling from Colorado. The room was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. The free breakfast was enjoyable. The AC had trouble cooling the room and the toilet was clogged and sink drained slow. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would stay again.

About what you would expect for an older property next to an interstate with not much around. At least a clean room and decent bed for what I consider a lofty price

The best west breakfast was not great. They did not refill the waffle mix. Limited choices on breakfast drinks as I am not a coffee drinker. The bed was hard but the room was clean.

Everything was great from the firm bed, clean pool and spa area and many nearby restaurants to choose from. All staff we came in contact with were wonderful.

Very nice hotel. Much cheaper than the others in the same 9.0 & over guest rating category! Very Clean & quiet. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because the mattress was horrible. Broken down with two big body divots in it. We both slept bad and had aching backs the next day. May be time to update some mattresses!
