I did notice the halls and floors of highly trafficked areas weren't swept/mopped/vacuumed daily or even every other day. We stayed for 5 days and only on the last day did we see someone working on cleaning the carpets. The rooms and other spaces were well cleaned, so maybe if the staff increased their mopping/sweeping routine of the public spaces, it'd be spotless all the time.

Bfast was adequate and what we expected. The beds were comfy and the price was decent. Would stay here again. The view from out room looked out on the entrance to the hotel. Not a fave, but not a deal breaker. It was actually nice to see and keep tabs on our vehicle. Shower was a little gross, but a quick hot rinse solved that.

This is a newly refurbished hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very cordial. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen of any hotel recently. The rooms were quite in a great location.

Very clean room. Delicious breakfast. Pool area was okay. We were in connecting rooms to people having a birthday party and it was very loud.

For the last two times we have stayed at this property your person on duty ( the same one both times ) checking us in has not been up to your normal standards of helpfulness and friendliness .

Really the only “complaint” is that the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There were multiple hairs in it that weren’t from us.

I really appreciated how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the property was. The overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would also like to commend the staff, who were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our visit. They were always willing to assist and made every effort to ensure that our needs were met. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service contributed greatly to our overall experience and left a very favorable impression. None

you need to make sure and either keep track of what kind of rig or set-up someone will be parking with or find a way to sweep your parking lot free of sharp debris. i was driving an RV with a work truck in tow. ended up with a flat tire.
