Great stay, very clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially April and Shellie. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was very clean. The shower is awesome. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

Room was spacious and quiet, staff friendly and breakfast was very nice (not just cereal and toast).

We stayed here twice a week apart the first time the motel was clean. The room we stayed in was also clean.The staff was friendly. The second time there was something spilled in the elevator. In the two days we were there, it was never cleaned up. Someone had stepped out of the elevator onto the flooring and that was sticky also. Not sure how the staff could continually walk by the flooring and use the elevator without realizing that something sticky had spilled for two days. The toilet paper in our bathroom had not been restocked. The floor in the bathroom also didn’t look like it had been cleaned.The first time was a better experience. I’m not sure if I would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and bed was wonderful. But the semi trucks on I-80 and coming off of the ramp doing their brake checks early in the morning is heard

The area was nice, quiet and clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast and coffee were also great-lots of hot and cold food options! Will be staying again

I did notice the halls and floors of highly trafficked areas weren't swept/mopped/vacuumed daily or even every other day. We stayed for 5 days and only on the last day did we see someone working on cleaning the carpets. The rooms and other spaces were well cleaned, so maybe if the staff increased their mopping/sweeping routine of the public spaces, it'd be spotless all the time.

The view from out room looked out on the entrance to the hotel. Not a fave, but not a deal breaker. It was actually nice to see and keep tabs on our vehicle. Shower was a little gross, but a quick hot rinse solved that.

This is a newly refurbished hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very cordial. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen of any hotel recently. The rooms were quite in a great location.

Very clean room. Delicious breakfast. Pool area was okay. We were in connecting rooms to people having a birthday party and it was very loud.

For the last two times we have stayed at this property your person on duty ( the same one both times ) checking us in has not been up to your normal standards of helpfulness and friendliness .

Really the only “complaint” is that the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There were multiple hairs in it that weren’t from us.
