Break fast manager was very kind.

Very friendly staff.

I mean…you kinda get what you pay for but, at the same time, this was almost inexcusably poorly taken care of/maintained. The two women at the front desk, on the other hand, were wonderful!

I like the place. Clean well-run friendly staff wow indoor pool pretty impressed admittedly it's an older hotel and it has some wear and tear on it but as a whole the room was clean the bathroom was clean and well kept I don't have any complaints

It was SO HOT In the hotel. The The rooms were cool but outside of rooms. No hot tub. The elephant bar was closed.

They say you can’t judge a book by its cover just to be honest when we pulled into parking lot, I was very skeptical, but walking into the building got a very different view. Staff was very friendly check-in was quick. The place is huge very welcoming. Our room was clean. Everything looked new in our room. Our stay was comfy. It was quiet we had a deck and the pool view relaxing to me. Slept peacefully. Will stay there again when I’m in kerney.

Not maintained. Bugs. Vibe that there are many long-term tenants

When I booked this room I got it because it was pet friendly and I have a service animal with me but when I went to tell the receptionist, I was still charged a fee when online reflected that it would be waived. Room itself was organized but the bathroom and walls were filthy. They really overlook cleaning the main areas.

I was disappointed in the pealing paint in the shower, and broken light shade. The worst part though was the overwhelming smell of mold, I think the roof had leaked and it had not been properly remediated. I would not recommend this hotel to asthmatics like my spouse or people with allergies

Bonnie and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is older but it was a cool pool and they had pool tables we were able to play on till midnight.

I used a nice treadmill but there is no TV in that room (bracket still on the wall) The key wouldn't work on entrance C which was closest to our room, but we discovered we could get in D so we made that work.

Pool was closed, ad said breakfast as ordered included. It was not, just small buffet

Good for solo travelers. Honestly would not feel safe with kids or if you’re traveling alone as a female. Staff did not want to be there - that’s kind of the vibe I got. Place was worth staying for the breakfast and cook was friendly with good energy.

Room was clean and cool air worked well. Ground areas need some work to make it more appealing. The dryer vent on the outside of the building is in need of serious cleaning before there is a fire. I'm glad I was able to bring in my small dog. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have been bigger but the one guy was doing his best. He could use a helper.

The pool was really neat and my teenagers had a great time. The room and bathroom was mediocre but livable.

Comfy beds & pillows. Breakfast definitely needs more options.
