Suburban Studios, Kearney

Stayed here with extended family with an adjoining room. The room had been hurriedly cleaned as there were still clearly uncleaned things (toothpaste on the bathroom wall, behind the beds). It looks as if they are trying to renovate or have done some parts as the room looked recently redone but the main public spaces were pretty run down. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Exterior doors to the hotel did not close on their own and unfortunately our room door was able to be pushed open even when pulled closed. Solved that by security locking the door and only using the adjoining room door for entering and exiting. The breakfast was pretty standard on the go kind of breakfast. The attendant both at breakfast and check in were very nice, pleasant, and helpful. Overall not the worst place I’ve ever been, but I would probably go out of my way not to stay again if I was ever in the area.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly! The hotel was descent, but seemed outdated even though it was recently remodeled and hallway floors not very clean, also trash was filled outside. My room was okay.

We would have had breakfast each night. I was traveling with others and they were my transportation. When we arrived at the facility, we were assured that the room my colleague was staying in was handicapped accessible. It was not and they could not accommodate her as they had no other ADA compliant room. My room was not secure. The patio door lock had been broken so the door opened freely. They offered to put me in another room, but I would not have had transportation to my meeting.This is a multi-building complex. Building H had broken windows and looked like it was still being renovated. That building was also very hot. It seemed as though the air conditioning was not working.

Staff at front desk were helpful, however the hallways and staircases were nasty. When first walking into room is smelled of cigarette smoke. Went to breakfast in the morning, the guy incharge of breakfast was very rude to multiple customers and made us very uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was not good at all.

Rooms were large and clean, pool was very nice, the atmosphere had a tropical feel to.it. the chef at breakfast was super friendly and the kids loved the choices Cigarette butts in parking lot, things were dated but I can appreciate that they were working on updating everything

Recently updated very large room with frig and hot plate. The exterior can use some cleaning up, but it was windy.

When i booked this stay, the app said i could check in at 11am. When I arrived at noon, i was told check in was not until 3pm. I had a conference I needed to get ready for and asked to be checked in earlier since the app stated I could check in at 11am. I was allowed into my room shortly after 1pm and found trash on top of the fridge and a brown wet spot next to the bed. It looked like vomit. I did not have time to complain or change rooms since I was already on a tight schedule.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Affordable room rate.

Rooms not the cleanest.

The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The room was ok. The hotel was dirty & smelled funny. The room was mostly OK but was dirty. It needed swept & mopped. The hallways smelled bad & were dirty. The pool area needs a complete overhaul. The hot tub was out of commission. My key card quit working the 2nd day.

Parking lot on back side where our entry door was, had trash everywhere, the outside door was broken, not lockable. Did not feel safe walking from vehicle to room due to this.

We loved the pool, the location of the hotel the parking price was not awful The phone didn’t work. The room was dirty. There was no shampoo and conditioner provided no continental breakfast.

The interior of the room was surprisingly nice. The exterior...sketchy.

not at all like the pictures. it smelled and there were several broken items in the room and left over food smeared in the fridge.

Kitchen was nice, water hot, fitness 24 hours, heated pool You have to pay for breakfast it’s not included, beds were hard, and small

The pool. Everything. Rude people and nasty hotel room

First night went great, I thought it was a great deal. I got up on Saturday morning, left to go to the raceway and everything was good. Had a bad day at the track, but got through it ok. I get back to the hotel to go into my room, and the key card would not let me in. I went to the office to complain, and the clerk calmed me down again. Then he told me about having issues earlier and hoped it was fixed, but by that time it didn't go well for me after the charges were more than I agreed upon at booking, but he explained what the extra charge was. I was frustrated pretty bad and decided I would just head back home, told him I was just going and not staying for the 2nd night. He told me he would leave a note for the manager and see what they can do. I would like at least a little money back.

Nothing It was awful somewhere between purgatory and hell dog poop on the sidewalk outside not clean trash everywhere room is not clean half new rooms half not new rooms in the same room didn’t have my reservation when I got there horrible

Location/ price Loud residents nearby, had a fist hole in the bathroom door, no shampoo or conditioner available. Housekeeping didn’t allow me enough time to answer before trying to get in the door.
