It's appears to be newer construction. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was excellent (for a hotel included breakfast). We stayed twice, once on the way out to our destination and again on the way back home.

I received new towels, but my bed was not made.

The true we stayed in and Scottsdale/Chandler area was not good so we had been avoiding them for the last several years, but this one is beautiful new great spaces. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I was told that my room would be ready at 3pm. I arrive at 3:40 pm and after checking was given a key and confirmation that my room was ready just to find the poor cleaning lady still trying to frantically the room.

We’d have to say everything. Hilton has thought of everything at this property. Friendly, efficient staff, from the cleaning personnel to the front desk to breakfast service. All employees were friendly. I wish there was something I could say because I don’t want to be turned away due to being full next time I go through Kearney.
