Staff was always helpful. Our key did not work in the first room we were assigned to. Got changed to another room. The whole place is very dated. The pool definitely needs an upgrade peeling, chipped concrete around the pool. Hot tub was hot but jets were minimal. We were told of that Fridge stopped working in the night with expensive medicine in it. Reported to desk person upon check out. Because booked thru 3rd party, said could do nothing about compensation. Also said, yes sometimes the breakers go off on the power strips. Would check into it. Got a follow up email that said there maintenance went in and fridge was working, cold and power strip was on.

This plane was wonderful! The hotel itself was clean. The staff was helpful and it was very relaxing. The beds were also quite comfortable.

Breakfast was a joke. The rooms were cramped, the fixtures cracked. It certainly needs some updating, ESPECIALLY at the rates they are charging.

Would like more TV viewing options like being able to access apps (netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.)
