Great, easy parking. Incredible staff. Clean rooms. Lovely walking trails nearby to stretch the legs.

Exceptionally clean. Well-maintained. Good facilities, but overpriced.
-
Rooms were clean, staff friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Would prefer fresh eggs instead of ones to reheat. Was disappointed that there was not any decaf coffee or tea.
-
breakfast is tasteless..

Staff was outstanding and so patient with some demanding guest.

Front desk was very helpful and allowed me an early check in. Breakfast was good. My only negative was the lighting was extremely poor in the room.

Clean, kind and helpful staff. We were sad the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Otherwise comfy and quiet and perfect location next to the gondola for bike park use.

Our 4-day stay at The Fairbridge Inn was great. The rooms are clean, the breakfast good, and the staff were excellent. Ian and Matthew were wonderful in helping us have a comfortable stay. We recommend The Fairbridge Inn for the Kellogg area.

The room we were given was on the 2nd floor of the hotel and there was no elevator. My daughter is disabled. They gave us a room on the first floor, it was very small and when we went into the room it looked like someone had been jumping on the bed. There was no handicapped parking close to the door we needed to use to be close to the room. The beds were rock hard. And the bathroom was not handicap accessible. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first one. Definately worst hotel stay ive had in years when booking on expedia.

It was a great location & we were able to walk to the nearby food & drink locations. We truly enjoyed our stay & would love to come back & stay again.

The hotel itself was fine. It was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The negative review has more to do with the staff. Initially, I booked for one night. We decided we needed two nights instead, so I cancelled the one night and booked two nights. Upon arrival, the lady at the lobby could not find my two night reservation and said I only had one night. I provided the Expedia confirmation number and Itinerary number, and showed her the email. She said those numbers did not help her and asked if I had any other emails. Finally got that situation squared away. Like all hotels, they take a card for incidentals. After our stay, I noticed that there was a charge to my card from the hotel, but nobody can tell me what for. First number I called gave me a number to a customer service hotline. Cannot get a human being on the customer service line, so I called the lobby directly. The lady who answered the phone said you will have to talk to the manager and she is not here on Mondays. I asked to leave a message to which she said, I can take a message, but it's probably better if you just call back. All that said, the hotel was fine, but the staff is either grossly undertrained, or just doesn't care. Either way, I won't be back.
