Clean room, comfy bed, decent breakfast options, and kids LOVED the 24/7 pool availability. Never come across that anymore. Will definitely be back!

Clean room. Great location. Appreciate them accepting pets. Plenty of places to walk and exercise myself as well as my dog. Good breakfast. Polite staff.

Fantastic location and an extremely clean room and well apportioned lobby and pool. Ample parking and perfectly situated across from the gondola. Walking distance to several great restaurants and drinking establishments. You can’t beat the rate for what you get!

Very clean, nicely decorated, cozy. Very close to museum and gondolas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean except for some plastic trash behind the bed. The hot tub was lukewarm had floaters in it. Not very clean. We did let the front desk know.

Location to the bike trail. Generally clean. All the clothes dryers were broken for 3 days. No elevator and front desk didn’t ask/offer first floor rooms. Breakfast was weak - cold egg thing, bologna for meat, honey bottle was sticky for three days, etc. Very few plug ins, particularly on bedside table. Noisy air conditioner with no thermostat. Front desk person was not very informative regarding restaurants, gondola next door, etc.

Location right across from gondola Unfortunately we didnt get any rest because there were kids running around upstairs until 11:30 pm And again at 730am.

The room was clean. Ac/heat was dated but usable. Shower was super hot unusual and fantastic. Breakfast had a waffle making bar smelled so good. Rest of the breakfast was passable. Pool and hot tub were open all night which was great with kids that never wanna stop. Super close to gondola and other amenities. Animal friendly. Daughters noticed an odd room smell I didn’t at all.

Door handle on room was broken to enter. Rooms need to be remodeled. Shower/tub dangerous getting out as floor is so mich lower than tub floor.
