Beautiful place, clean and comfortable,

Clean, great location right by the gondolas. For this time of year which is off-season, the bar was understaffed and felt rushed...girl there was working hard, but didn't make us feel relaxed with her pace to our table.

The rooms were very nice. Family studio had a sink, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The balcony overlooked the mountains. We loved the room and the staff was very helpful. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the waterpark. It's pretty small, probably for a younger child <8. The lazy river was very shallow and the obstacle course only for children under a certain height. The stay was fantastic though if you were not there just for the waterpark. Unfortunately, we were there for just that and our daughter was a little too tall (age 11) to enjoy everything. She was bored within an hour and that was the reason we chose this stay.

The resort was a great place for a nice quiet getaway a great gondola ride to the top of Silver Mountain plus a nice float in the lazy river beautiful resort great food, and nice relaxing place to be with great parking

We had a blast and to have an indoor water park included was nice. Rooms were nice with decent beds.

About fell In slippery tub shower then found a mat in cabinet after. Wish I would have known they had a mat! Needed milk but nothing available to buy on property so had to leave to go to grocery store.

The food was not great, the bar tender was awesome! The Resturaunt system sucked. There is no excuse in 2026 for a hotel let alone a ski resort to Not provide level 2 EV charging.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, great view, and all around great space.

The walls were too thin for this class of hotel and the bed was terrible. The mattresses need and upgrade.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The door lock stopped working and we had to get it repaired. Also the tv wouldn’t work and we had to get the repairs as well.
