I do not understand the number of 10/10 ratings. Our experience was opposite. We could not get out fast enough.

A good location for outdoor activities. Mattress and pillows a little to used.

While visiting our daughter who just moved to the area we stayed 2 nights as a 1st time Visitor to the Resort in a King Studio on 5th Floor. Didn’t get a chance to use anything other than the Hot Tub which was excellent in the evening after a long day. The King Studio 5th Floor was an excellent room for a couple. Looks like a great resort and we will be back when visiting our daughter and look forward to trying some of the dining establishments.

I loved the room. It was simple and clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the closeness of restaurants and had a blast at the water park with my granddaughter.

Beautiful facility unfortunately both the gondola and the water park were closed during our stay. We booked months in advance sometimes things happen.

We like the location and the waterpark We try to come there at least 1 to 2 times a year for 1 to 5 days and the last time we came over, we had to move rooms because the vent had some nasty smell coming out over our bed and then this time we had to move rooms because there was water pouring down through the closet into a electrical outlet right when we got into our room and then the new room was remodeled she said which you could tell it was but there was no garbage , the sink was plugged and the toilet handle was broken and a few minor other things

The water park and shops Dishwasher wasn’t clean and received a weird phone calls late at night. No blinds on the back door that faces right into the sofa bed

Excellent water park and room size Refrigerator had ALOT of water in it ( on glass shelves) when we arrived. Bathtub was not cleaned there was residue from a previous guests bar of soap and bathroom cabinets were not clean and had white residue on them. Roll away beds need new mattresses as springs are felt and was really uncomfortable for our child so she ended up in our bed both nights.
