I will stay here again. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Room was just what I needed for my trip. Clean and well stocked with the necessities.

Good value place - convenient location (near I-90 so quite noisy). The rooms were nice and it was great value but staff weren't very welcoming.

Clean room

Hotel is really dated but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

The front desk lady was rude on our first night of check in. On Sept. 4 th. We have stayed there before and were not treated rudely but this time the lady was rude. We won’t be back! Very disappointed. We had a dog room(we had our dog with us) and it smelled bad, the carpet was really dirty as well. I understand that it’s a dog room, but it shouldn’t smell like urine. Unhealthy for the next dog and humans to stay in there! Again very disappointed!

It’s clean but kind of run down in appearances. Pricey for what you get

Hotel is ok; continently located just off interstate 90. Don’t be mislead by the “dog friendly” designation. The reality is that they charge $40 for a dog. I found this in the fine print, after the fact. But I wouldn’t have booked the hotel had I known in advance. Very misleading IMHO.

No elevator made it hard to get bulky items to room. Breakfast was minimal. Parking was tight. We were in the area to ride bikes and sight see, so we didn't require a whole lot, just needed a bed and place to shower and this worked.

All good. Clean (spotless) and very quiet. No breakfast but didn't stay here for the breakfast. Sam's Restaurant next door. All good.

There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling above the bed and rest room. The garbage was never emptied and we had to find our own clean towels. The information we received was that the bed would be made if nothing personal was left on it and nothing was.

The staff insured I had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay Immensely. The room was very clean, all the staff were wonderful. I will stay there again next time I go to Kellog. Nothing!

Easy to find off the interstate with a restaurant next door. The room was large, clean and had comfortable beds. We always appreciate having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Nothing.

Well, it turns out you need to make your bed, take out your trash... The rooms have no room service. They are clean when you arrive, and thereafter, you are responsible. This is the first hotel I have stayed in where I need to do my own room service. It would have been nice to know, especially if you come tired. Other than that, it is clean, has helpful staff and it is close to the freeway.

N/A. We went to the Restaurant next door. We went there every meal. Very good food, very nice people. We will be back next year for sure. I think also, the girl at the front desk was awesome. She would for sure remember us. I’m the driver that keeps getting lost. Let her know , we made it home. lol. Thank you. Robin McGurran. Well, for sure I will need a room on the first floor. My aunt had a tough time with the stairs. But. There was nothing wrong with our stay.

The front desk, and management werre outstanding. Very welcoming, and helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
