The room was clean, the staff was very nice, I will stay there again, when I go back to Kemah, Texas

The toilet did not flush at all. When I alerted the staff, I was told that nothing can be done when maintenance is not here. Then the next day I was told no one can help still. There was also no manager on site and the staff refused to contact him or allow me to.

My reservation was canceled on the day I made it yet I was charged anyway

The service was good, and everything was generally good. The towels and bed covers were a bit thin. We could hear the TV in the next room in the middle of the night.

Room was clean. Plenty of parking. It’s an older property. The first floor was sort of humid due to the indoor pool, but otherwise it was a decent place to stay the night. Bed was clean and comfortable.

I bedsheets were clean as well the bathroom and I loved that. I didn’t liked that the a/c was making so much noise all night long.

This property had so many issues. The room was musty. The shower was so slick and a shelf had fallen off and left just the caulking. The outlet in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. Glad we only stayed one night.
