Close to what I need Poor maintaining on the outside

Look, this is a fine hotel. It’s not the Ritz and it’s not a roach motel. It’s firmly in the middle. It’s clean, a little worn but the AC worked and it’s a great deal for a place to lay your head if you don’t want to spend Embassy Suite prices. I’ll be staying there again in August. When you willingly pay these prices you surrender the right to complain about little things. (This does not mean I have complaints)

Although I was already charged, we did not end up staying there. The facility was old, unattractive, and next door to abandoned, graffiti covered buildings. The people nearby appeared transient. We immediately left and arranged a stay elsewhere, at a more secure location.

The good: Everyone was very helpful when asked and provided first rate service. Room was clean no bugs. Great big TV.

Do not go here. Active criminal activity. Dirty room. Tiny room. Police raided the room next to us at 3am.

Upgraded furniture, bedding, mattress, flooring, sink and towels were nice. Bathtub and shower curtain could be replaced. There was a strong unpleasant chemical smell in the room on arrival. Not sure if it was cleaning products trying to cover an underlying smell. The bed was newer and comfortable with clean white sheets. AC worked well. Quiet for sleeping.

Great place clean and spacious. Left my soap but had a great stay

Bathtub was filthy. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Room had very strong cleaner smell. Wife had to use perfume to try and defuse the odor. Room was very humid.

Room smelled like smoke and illegal substances. Looked dirty. We left and asked for a refund.

The property was clean , the stuff awsome but the property it self it is in poor condition , definetly need a remodeling and sime investment in it

Convenient to attractions and easy access to several major roads. Could use an elevator

We also encountered several issues with the room and property conditions. The TV was not working (no local channels or streaming services), and the room lighting was quite poor, making it difficult to feel comfortable in the space. There was also a noticeable tobacco smell in parts of the hotel, along with cigarette debris outside. More importantly, we observed cockroaches in the property and occasionally inside the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The hotel advertises renovations, but these seem mostly cosmetic and below the standard we have seen in other properties from the same brand. Overall, the cost did not reflect the quality of the stay. With better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, lighting, and guest amenities, this property could offer a much stronger experience given its excellent location.

There really are no amenities but it's a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and great friendly staff.

Very nice facility for the money. Hot and cold water were reversed in shower.TV was a little difficult to start up...had to talk to front desk.

Very close to Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, my destination. Clean comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was coffee, juice yogurt, waffle and cereals. Spacious room. Nothing to complain about. Good value. Would recommend for short stay.

The rooms were updated,, bed were comfortable,, ,,. The lady at the front was very friendly and welcoming. The beds had blonde hairs on the pillows and the bathroom had blonde hair on the flop and blonde hair in the shower drain.

From the front door to the bed was refurbished. Bed was comfortable. Area...some sketchy things going on in the middle of the night that awoke us. Shower and toilet were from the 70's and DID NOT match pictures online.

Clean affordable quiet Nothing really. Just a basic hotel room. Clean and quiet. Nothing fancy. I’d recommend

The staff was great. They were attentive and friendly. It was odd there are no bibles in the hotel rooms. There are no blow dryers either. And there is an iron but not an ironing board. Breakfast was light, a snack if you will. Some oranges, coffee, packets of oatmeal and batter to make waffles. Pretty good but it didn’t meet my expectations.
