Holiday Inn Express - Atlanta/Kennesaw by IHG

The hotel itself was fine. The traffic noise at the back of the hotel (where we were) was horrendous. It backs up to I75 and you hear crotch rockets ALL night long.

Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable

I was charged I $50 deposit that I was told I would get back at check out and I don’t have it!

Friendly and supportive staff. Very nice front desc young lady provided us with a lot of information.

The facilities and our room were acceptably clean, but we found used water bottles and previous travelers’ clothing under the furniture. The outdoor pool area was nice, and we enjoyed swimming there. However, breakfast was a disappointment. We made sure we came down more than 45 minutes before breakfast service closed, but many of the food trays were empty and were not refilled, and the ones which still had food seemed to have been sitting a while. There was also no orange juice. While we were there, the pastries were refilled, but the “new” ones were frozen solid, and the employee placed them with bare hands.

This was our halfway stop on our way to Florida. This hotel is well maintained, updated, and clean. Every staff we encountered was friendly helpful and kind. Southern hospitality at its finest!! Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean and updated!! I absolutely loved the mirror!! Grand daughter loved the pool and it was clean and well maintained. We could have spent our entire vacation at this hotel. Thank you for a great nights rest!!

When we arrived at the property, they did not have a room for us. They overbooked by 6 rooms. Now I am having a difficult time getting refunded. Never again.

Very clean room. Staff was very helpful and kind. Outdoor pool was very clean and kept up. Lots of things to do around the hotel.

Front desk staff was very helpful!! Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast good. The only complaint was there was no hot water in our shower the night of our stay or the following morning. We took a quick cold shower! Front desk was notified.

I traveled for a sports tournament—a 13-hour drive. Upon arrival, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly, and the check-in process went smoothly. The room looked just like the photos. The TV in the room wasn't working, but the front desk staff helped resolve the issue. From the breakfast and facilities to the staff, I have absolutely no complaints. For me and my family, it was a 5-star experience. There were plenty of breakfast options; even though the hotel was quite busy at times, there was always hot food available. The pool was kept clean and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel's location is perfect—just minutes away from various restaurants and shops. I even walked about 15 minutes to reach nearby stores without any issues; everything from restaurants to entertainment venues for all ages was just minutes away. I hadn't wanted to go on this trip, but by the end, I didn't want to leave because I had such a great time.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff and clean facility. Breakfast could be better but comfortable 4 day stay.

Arrived late. Although the hotel wasn’t full the parking lot was. The staff was less than helpful just said all the parking was used by the The Peaks bar/Grill next door. Unacceptable. Would not stay here again.

We stayed for a softball tournament for our daughter for multiple nights. We didn’t make it back to the hotel each night until 9 or 10pm. There were no available parking spots. Forcing us to park at another near by hotel or on the street. This is a problem. Also the front desk was not helpful and borderline rude about the situation. We will choose another hotel next time.

Our room was not cleaned the last day we were there, 7/11/26. The bed wasn’t made. The trash cans weren’t emptied. We had no clean towels. My husband had to go to the front desk to get us fresh towels. Also, that morning there was hardly any breakfast left.

Great place to stop. Nice friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Very clean hotel. Didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast. We left too early. Easy on and off I-75. Close to restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again. Kudos to the staff!
