Comfort Inn Kennesaw

This was a fair price and the room was clean and comfortable. The older gentleman at the front desk is a gem, great sense of humor.

Clean room and Air conditioning is good.

Room was disgusting, had nasty spots on bed skirt on both beds. Transferred rooms and the bathroom ceiling was full of mold and toilet wasn’t working properly. Maintenance had to plunge. Breakfast was alright.

Good location. Nice staff.

Door bottoms chipped, shower detached from. Wall among other things. Very dated. Operational....but dated.

The room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast consisted of cheese omelets, bacon, white and wheat bread, waffles, cereal, fruit and muffins. Fresh orange juice, milk and coffee. It was a nice stay. Highly recommend!

VERY Basic hotel, in need of some major updating and rehab. Definitely not the $200/nt price tag. Started our stay with a dirty bathroom full of hair all over, chewing gum in vents, & broken things in the room that haven’t been repaired. Overall, hotel could use a clean coat of paint. Not to mention no gym & no pool. Every time we walked through front doors, we were blasted with cigarette smoke from people smoking outside the doors. Tried to get a refund for my remaining stay after staying 1 night, but was told no. Gene, the front desk clerk, is the best thing this place has going for it!

NOT STAY HERE. There’s a reason it’s cheaper than other area hotels. Never again.

Room was very dirty. Carpet had lots of stains as well as vomit stains on the chair. Room had a bad smell. Air conditioning leaked onto carpet making it wet in front . Interior needs a complete refresh. Housekeeping never cleaned the room while we were out as well

Beds were nice and firm, area was relatively quiet but if you don't like the smell of marijuana, you won't like this place.

Nice quiet place to stay with a very helpful staff. Close to the freeway and restaurants. Decent breakfast bar. Fair price. We would stay again!

No laundry on site but staff did give address to local laundry. Very loud guests next door at 2:00 am. Same staff came upstairs to ask them to quiet down after phone call to desk. Whole place needs a coat of paint and updating. My bed was extremely small for the queen that was advertised. Traffic was very loud in my 2nd floor room. The only reprieve from trucks on the nearby interstate was the loud a/c unit. Morning staff was very pleasant with a sweet smile but it didn't compensate for my restless night. Price was lower than neighboring hotels so I guess I got what I paid for.
