As a New Yorker, I am not used to paying to park in a hotel parking lot after paying so much for a room. I am also used to staying at hotels that have free breakfast. I thought $16.95 was a bit much. But next time, I'll pick my hotel better. Other than that, the hotel was clean and convenient to so many amenities.

The hotel is a good hotel. My biggest problem is having to pay for parking. It is not the right type of location or parking lot for this. It is a pure tax money grab. If this were in a city or with a parking garage I would understand.

Check in time was 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:53 pm. And I was told my room was not ready yet. I left and came back at 4:20 and was told again my room was not clean yet. I asked how we can make this right and the clerk said just wait. I waited until 5pm to check in to my room. By that time I had to rush to get to my destination.

Hotel staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. Hotel was dirty and smelled like mold. Room was dirty and not well maintained.
