La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kennesaw

They have a new sensor that makes it so the AC only runs when you're in the room. We left the hotel for a few hours and when we returned the room was 84 degrees. I went downstairs and complained and the receptionist came to our room and deactivated that smart sensor. It is INSANE that this technology is allowed in a hotel. We went hiking in the mountains and came back to a hot room, it was gross. The room was still hot when we went to sleep and didnt cool off until the afternoon of our second day. Not only would I never stay here but I will never book a LA Quinta again.

Real nice place

Our room smelt like a combination of cigarette smoke and dirty animals. The bathroom floor felt like it was going to cave in. Half the TV channels didn’t work and the last day the TV stopped working completely. It took some time for anyone to be at the front desk both at check in and check out.

Ensure front desk is informed if room service is needed. AC setting seems to be programmed to not cool during day times!!

It would be nice to have a cool room to come back to. The thermostats shut off when there is no movement in the room. Would wake up to a hot humid room in the middle of the night. No extra pillows available according to staff. One elevator would stop working for the first 2-3 days. Worst sleep in a hotel from being so hot. Desk Staff were not helpful and seemed a bit rude. The breakfast was great and the women working the breakfast was great. Unfortunately we are probably done with LaQunita after this trip.

Great place to stay with our golden retriever

They didn't give me a refund for the dryer. I check out early due to unsatisfied stay. . Nothing! It's was a awful stay. The hotel rooms were stinky and needed to freshen up. I had to check out early because of roaches in the room. It was bad

Location was good The cleaning was ok. Things like the handheld hairdryer doesn't look like its been wiped down in years.smaller details when inspected looked grimey. Shower corners and shower heads dirty. More effort into detail would have made the stay exceptional.

It’s clean and I feel safe there. A little hard to get to but that’s not a big problem

Location. Right in the middle of everything and not far from everything. Sometimes at night staff are away from the desk but the wait is short.

The rooms were large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
