Best Western Tyrolean Lodge

A really nice location away from the busy-ness of town, but also close enough to walk a few blocks if you didn't want the hassle of parking. There's also breakfast from 6:30-10am which is always a nice amenity.

This 2as a beautiful and very well maintained property. I rented 2 rooms for our family. One had a mountain view which was gorgeous and the other did not. They were both clean and spacious rooms. They both had a balcony. Breakfast was very impressive and delicious. I loved the location which is a couple blocks off main street but easily walkable for most. The staff was very sweet and hospitable. We enjoyed the wonderful outdoor heated pool and hot tub area for relaxation after the long drive.I would chose to stay here next visit to Sun Valley.

The breakfast was wonderful and the flowers were gorgeous. Beds were comfortable.

International ski resort feel was a comfy clean room with ac that helped us to sleep well in the summer heat of Sun Valley. Staff was caring and breakfast of fresh berries yummy.

Nestled right below the ski lips of Sun Valley. It was a nice Bavarian Lodge that had a nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a cozy warm breakfast to start your day. The room was spacious and clean and had all the desired amenities. Check-in was easy and staff was super helpful with restaurant. Suggestions nearby definitely would return to go ski.

Room was clean & spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast was great! We will stay again.

The hotel was clean and nice, and had an old school Swiss feel. It was sort of a maze, so finding our room and then breakfast was a bit of an adventure. But it was really nice and the room was super clean and spacious.

air conditioner was very noisy

We stayed 1 night arriving around 1000 pm. We brought our son that has mobility issues and we were on the 3rd floor. No elevator. But we made it! The rooms are dark, dull and pretty small. However, the breakfast was amazing. Bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy and lots of muffins, breads, waffle station and fruit, cereal and drinks. Great staff, ensured everything stayed full. Turned the stay around for us.

Biscuits and gravy were excellent! The coffee machine was wonderful!

Very clean and unique with Swiss style lodging. Bkfst was very nice.

The hotel was spacious and clean, with a wonderful morning breakfast. Nearby the downstairs gaming room is a microwave and utensils in the event you have leftovers or need to heat up a late night snack.

Everything was very positive--the breakfast was impressive. I agree that the rooms themselves don't really match with the decor of the lobby and grounds, so for those who look for the more rustic experience, you may be disappointed, but I didn't mind.

Pool was dirty. ( Abundance amount of what looked to be dog hair and bugs in it) Weeds all over pool patio. Room smelled funny. Almost like dirty dog. Floor wasn't clean. Walking barefoot I could feel the debris under my feet. Top of headboard dusty. For over $300 a night was not worth it. I stayed at 2 other hotels this week and they were little over $100 and little over $200 that was cleaner and didn't have to worry about if anything was clean.

I like a quiet location - which this was. The pool was great - partially in the shade in the morning so I didn't need sunscreen. Hot tub was nice too. Loved being able to walk my dog on the empty lot next door without worrying about traffic. The room wasn't exactly sound proof. I could hear noise from upstairs on some nights (although some people walk heavier than others), and sometimes when people were in the hall.
