Awesome location! Walkable to everything. Bright, updated rooms, frig and coffee pots in rooms. Nice balcony with Baldy views! Cannot think of anything

Location, easy parking, proximity to restaurants, cinema, Gold Mine, art galleries. Clean, warm pool.

Room was clean, king suite was spacious in living room. Bedroom/bathroom were a bit tight. Basic amenities provided with upgrade in quality products offered - duraflame log for fireplace, body care products & Starbucks coffee pods. They accepted pets, which was great and had little courtyard with slider for easy access. Staff was very helpful!!

This hotel is in a great location to walk to restaurants and shops. The room was very clean with a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

I didn't know there was a breakfast on offer, until now. I liked the fireplace very much, and would return for that alone. Location is also great. Though, we had no dogs with us, I love that tge hotel is pet friendly. I love that the hotel architecture is embraced and restored and tge building hasn't been razed for some new, mostly hideously, huge thing instead. I think the hotel needs to do better with single use plastic. It is a waste and inelegant. It was a super big bummer to drink our anniversary wine on the patio in flimsy awful plastic. I asked the front desk for real glasses of any kind, but was told there were none. Also, the shampoo had spilled all over inside tge tub. It had been leaking. No one's fault, but probably need to check these from time to time.

This is a great place to stay in town. We liked the fireplace in the room. We also appreciated that they had a washer & dryer on site. It isn’t inexpensive, but nothing in Ketchum is. The check-in was easy and the young lady was very helpful & friendly. We would stay here again.

Great location! This rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking courtyard. It is in the middle of an area with many bar and restaurant options.

Loved the balcony out our sliding door. Wonderful view of the mountains and ski area.

This is a very nice hotel located in a great place in town. The room was big. My only complaint is that the carpeting was so dirty it turned my feet black. I had to put towels down on the floor to avoid touching it.

Would recommend for overnight stay cleaner than the Double Tree which was twice the price! Room was clean updated staff very friendly and accommodating. Double Tree room smelled like urine and taxi cab cologne!

We had a great stay. The only issue was inadequate parking. We had to park on the street overnight, which made us kind of nervous. Other than that, the hotel is located in a very convenient place downtown.

For the price and location this was a good stay! Loved the texting features for communication!

Great basic hotel.

Room was cute with views of Bald Mountain, located in the heart of Ketchum - walking distance to everything! Overall, everything was great, however, before we checked out we had a cleaner come walking into our room without knocking on the door. We were a little surprised to say the least.
