It's old and run down. The pics are not representative of the property. The room and bedding were not bad. The A/C broke down out last night and they moved us to their sister property in town named Hotel Ketchum. I complained because we had to pack up at 9:30pm and move our stuff after dinner. Hotels.com told me that the property did not reply to my complaint. So, that is pretty crappy. I would not ever consider staying there again. It is pretty run down.

Although the hotel is older the rooms and grounds have been updated. Everything was clean and comfortable with a little mountain vibe.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. The shared courtyard was fantastic for our little dog and to have a drink outside. There is ice, common tables and chairs, bikes and laundry on site. The place is a bit older so people walking around upstairs was pretty loud, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

No breakfast and ice machine was down two flights of stairs tough with bad knees.

Loved my balcony looking out at the Mountain Views and over the courtyard! Pool was refreshing. Great location to walk around downtown.

It’s right in the middle of the downtown area; walking distance from many shops and restaurants. There nothing we didn’t like.

Nicely updated older motel. Staff were polite and efficient. Overall good stay and better than a chain motel.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel before where there was not enough hot water for one shower. When I talked to the front desk, they did call maintenance right away. However, we had two rooms booked and all six of us had cold showers after a day of hiking. It was not a pleasant experience.
