Hotel and staff we're great clean rooms pool was nice and clean very big next door they have the tiki bar beach was nice too walk on bit rocky water wasn't the best for swimming but the keys are known for not having the best beaches overall great place too stay nice and quiet only, tvs in the room are outdated but functional. Look out for iggy the friendly poolside iguana he loves cold drinks.

The pool area was nice. We loved seeing the iguanas roaming around. Bikes were nice. The sunrise was beautiful and we saw it perfectly from our end unit. AC in the room was great. The laundry room was disgraceful. Definitely needs updating. Honestly it was disappointing Havana Jack's wasn't open during the day. Guests were allowed to have a dog on property that they let go wild. The dog was running all over and brought into the pool area. It chased the iguanas into the ocean. The dog was unsupervised.

La instalación no nos aviso, no puso comentarios en su página y no recibimos no descuentos, ni ninguna cortesía por la situación. Incluso comentandoles q la playa había sido el motivo de la selección del alojamiento, pq realmente ellos no tienen nada importante como hotel.

Yes, the staff at Guss hotel was wonderful very accommodating. Very polite would return again and again.

Lo primero es que me cobraron 25 pesos por noche por llevar otro carro.me tuvieron desde las 1:30 de la tarde que llegamos hasta las 3:30 que nos dieron la llave de la habitación. Y a la hora de bañarnos no había agua caliente en la habitación que nos dieron. Nos fuimos para otra habitación y tampoco había agua caliente tuvimos que esperar más de dos horas con la ducha abierta para que saliera agua caliente. En tiempos atrás estaba muy bueno pero ya no yo tenía otra reserva en ese hotel para septiembre y ya lo cánsele. Yo en particular ni pienso ir más a ese hotel

We especially enjoyed the private beach, pool area, and the relaxing atmosphere. The location is also very convenient for exploring Marathon and the Florida Keys. I would definitely recommend Glunz Ocean Beach Hotel & Resort to couples and families looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We loved our room and being able to walk right out onto the beach whenever we wanted. My husband smokes and he was able to do so freely outside on the property while still respecting the other guests.

The erosion and seaweed would have been a good mention but it didnt keepnus from having a good time... the staff went above and beyond to make sure my kid got her stuffy back and sent some great photos of his mini stay 😉

Beautiful private beach. All amenities are included in the rate. Super friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Quiet and peaceful.

The biggest downside is that the property feels quite dated. The room, bed linens, and overall furnishings could really use an upgrade. The shower water pressure was very weak, making it take forever to wash my hair, and the hair dryer looked like it was decades old. For the price of the stay, I expected a much more modern and comfortable experience. On the positive side, the amenities were great. The pool area was nice, the beach access was excellent, and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, despite being marketed as a resort, it felt more like staying at an older motel with resort amenities. With some renovations and updated rooms, this could be a fantastic place. Until then, I don't feel the experience justifies the price.

The staff were nice and very helpful. Everything was clean. There are 2 pools on the property. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas and clean spaces. The only negative was all the seaweed on the beach. You couldn't get in the water there was so much of it. This is absolutely no fault of the hotel. Unfortunately this time of year in the Keys the seaweed situation is impossible.

They don’t have breakfast included or not. They charge 50 dollars to invite a person. I have my daughter and grandaughetrs close and i can share time with them without paying a 150 dollars
