clean rooms, quiet, nice pool. free breakfast with a good selection. had a tiki bar/restaurant right behind it which is right on the water, great place to eat and hang out.

Love the Keys! great hotel and great view and so many restaurants close by

I could not stay here because it was overbooked. Contacted Expedia and I cannot get my money back because the property won’t answer the phone to approve the refund. Not good customer service.

The second room 224 caused my son to have bumps all over his body of which they are currently doing test testing to find out if it was bedbugs. Once the reports come back, I will need to touch base with Expedia about this. The third time a room was given to me. It was the room of another person of whom I walked in on, and they were very upset. This was a problem with a staff members mistake. However, I lastly received a queen room, which was fine on the very last day. The manager was completely aware of the three rooms that I had to go through during my one week visit. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I will be speaking with Expedia representative directly with this matter.

This hotel was great. Parking was available, even on such a busy weekend. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

The property was very good. Used the gym, pools, bar, restaurant. Hammocks, ping pong. Great value and great location.

We stayed in the most eastern building, views were beautiful but the deck hallway and balcony were. It clean - sticky and trashy. Cornhole and game area were trashed, beanbags destroyed. The breakfast had hot items but was low quality, sugary processed food. Lines for waffles and hot food items were long, not enough tables to serve patrons. Pools were pretty nice but shallow - only 4 feet deep, warm. Our room was suite, nicely laid out, family friendly, good value, comfortable beds fairly clean - areas under beds and sides of room not vaccuumed. We left earlier than reserved days and went to Key West. Marathon is meh.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful, fun, comfortable, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool!! Definitely a great place to vacation with children!!

Rooms, you can hear everything... Pool, was super hot! not refreshing at all... Hot water wasn't hot really... Air conditioner didn't work well, was freezing and impossible to adjust, plus super noisy. location was great, only good thing...

This was one of the nicest and cleanest chain hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The amenities and location were great! The room and facility were immaculate. Parking was convenient and plentiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a fantastic spread of options. We chose another Fairfield Inn in Fort Lauderdale near the airport after we checked out here just because this one was so nice.
