Staff was very nice and everything was clean and beautiful. The amenities of coffee and breakfast was helpful as well for snacks in the morning. I couldn’t find the ice maker for my room but it was easy enough to walk across the street to get ice

The biggest issue was cleanliness. We found hair in both bathrooms, and there were ants and bugs throughout the cottage, including in the beds, on the kitchen countertops and in the bathrooms. The plates and cutlery provided were also visibly dirty. Housekeeping even left dirty towels from another room inside our cottage after cleaning, which we placed outside our door where they remained for two days. Breakfast was poorly managed, with bacon, sausages and eggs frequently left empty for over an hour without being replenished. We also experienced a faulty door lock, confusing parking arrangements despite being told we could use the car park, and staff allowed another family to occupy the private outdoor seating area assigned to our cottage, meaning we couldn’t use our own space or enjoy any privacy. Before arriving, I contacted the property to let them know we were celebrating my dad’s birthday. They kindly replied saying they would add a special touch, but this was never acknowledged. It’s such a shame because this property has been a favourite of ours for decades. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, as Ambrosia House has the potential to be the wonderful place it once was.

The property is located at the historic district. Within walking distance of all the main attractions. Very charming as well with that touch of old Key West that you can’t find anywhere else. Recommend it for sure!

Great location. Friendly staff. Upon check-in, we were given lists of local restaurants and things to do in the area. Staff quick to respond to a maintenance concern. Excellent breakfast and enjoyed the cozy pool areas.

The property was close to where we needed to go The bed needed to be firmer, not too supportive.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was a relaxing place to cool off. Great location close to Duval street.

First time in Keywest. Room was really nice. Tiny but perfect. Clean!!! Nice views. Definitely will come back to stay again
